Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is all set to release BSEB Class 10 results 2020. According to the reports, the Bihar Board 10^th Exams Results are expected to be declared in this week. The sources suggest that the result will be announced after the verification process is complete which could be on or after May 20. While there are speculations that the Bihar board 10th result in expected either today or latest by tomorrow, there is no official update related to the release of the results from the Board.

BSEB 10th Result 2020: Important Details

The Bihar Board 10th result will be announced on the official portals like biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in and onlinebseb.in. Students waiting for the class 10 results are suggested to follow the official websites for the result. The result is also hosted on third party websites, but students should be careful while accessing those websites.

According to the BSEB 10th Time Table 2020, the Class 10 exams were held in February. Last year, the board declared the class 10 board exam results on April 6 with the overall pass percentage of 80.73%.

This year, the outbreak of the novel coronavirus followed by multiple lockdowns affected the release of the BSEB 10^th results 2020 severely. According to the reports, Bihar Board is done with the compilation of the marks and is now busy preparing the list of BSEB 10th toppers 2020.

The BSEB will interview the toppers first, likely over the phone or via video calls. The interview process is expected to be completed in the next few days. After proper verification of the toppers, the list will be prepared.

Bihar Board started conducting the physical verification of the toppers because of the topper scam happened in the state in 2017 in which some toppers failed to give answers when asked about the questions from their syllabus.

This year, over 15 lakh students appeared for the Bihar Board Class 10th exam. Meanwhile, the Board became the first board to release results amid the COVID-19 outbreak by releasing the BSEB 12^th results 2020 earlier in March.
