Q: Congratulations on your result! How was your reaction after seeing the results? Did you score what you expected?

A: It was very unexpected, I had expected a good score but still it was very overwhelming for me and my family. In subjects in which I had expected good marks, I got good marks but in subjects where I was a little doubtful also I ended up having good marks.

Q:   I got 74% marks in top 4 subjects in 12th (Science) CBSE .. What should I do now ?

A:
Science students try for b. Tech for which you need to have already appeared for entrance. If you did not then try to get in DUBAI, MU colleges with grade 12 score into BSc. You may also try physics honors, math honors etc. And in case you are interested in commerce or humanities, these options are still open for you

Q:   Will I clear the CBSE board exams 2025 if I obtain 33 percent in theory but not in practicals separately?

A:

No. It is necessary that you score a minimum of 33 percent in practical and theory exams separately. In case you're unable to score the minimum marks either in theory or practicals even when the total aggregate is 33 percent, you won't be considered pass.

Q:   How many subjects should be included while calculating class 12th CBSE board percentage?

A:
In aggregate, all five subjects' marks are calculated. If you want admission in a particular field in a particular college then maybe they will check your score in 4 subjects (English + 3 Subjects of Commerce or Science). Also, if you have Physical Education and some good awards(State or National) with you then you can be admitted through Sports Quota based on your performance in Sports. All the best.

Q: Please tell us something about your family background.

A: I belong to a family of 4 members, including me. My father is a businessman and my mother is a housewife, both of them are supremely particular about studies and are very encouraging.

Q: Please tell me about your stream, Did you choose this stream by choice? How much have you score?

A: I had humanities and yes it was by my choice.

Q: What was your strategy to score above 90%?

A: Mostly consistent and effective learning. For me, just my NCERT has been my bible and I stood line by line to my NCERT. I had completed my syllabus a month prior to CBSE 12th board exams and just revised it again the following month.

Q: Did you take any online or offline coaching?

A: I had offline coaching for economics.

Q: Who encouraged you the most in this journey?

A: Mostly my parents have been encouraging me through this journey.

Q: What was your routine during CBSE board exam preparation?

A: I did not have as such a routine thing but I would say that revision is the key to scoring well in CBSE Board Exams. I used to just revise by portions day by day because I had enough days for each exam and I utilized them well for my preparation.

Q: What are your future plans? Which career path are you aiming?

A: I am planning to pursue Psychology hons from a reputed college.

Q: What all entrance exams you are targeting?

A: My focus for now is majorly on CUET.

Q: Are you well prepared for CUET and other entrance exams you are aiming for?

A: CUET holds significant importance in getting a good college so definitely targeting to crack it with a good score.

Q: What all courses and Universities/Institutes are you targeting?

A: My goal is to crack CUET and get admission to one of the courses, such as Psychology Hons, English Hons, and Political Science Hons, from Delhi University.

Q: Please share some tips for students prepping up to appear in CBSE Board Exams 2024

A: I would just say that be consistent, manage your time well and thoroughly study your NCERT. For subjects like economics, practice questions and stay motivated. You have got this!
