CBSE Results 2020 to be released soon at cbse.nic.in. Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Class 10, 12 Results 2020 are expected to be announced by July 15. In its official statement, the board confirmed the same to the Supreme Court of India. However, there is no official confirmation regarding CBSE Results 2020 declaration date as yet. But various CBSE officials hinted that the Board may release CBSE 10th Results 2020 and CBSE 12^th Results 2020 before the given date i.e. July 15. When asked about the status, a CBSE official (who wish to stay anonymous) confirmed that the board is working tirelessly on the cbse.nic.in 2020 results. “Offices are working from morning till late evening on results and there are many questions and decisions that have to be taken. The objective is to release the results at the earliest!”

CBSE Results 2020 for 10^th 12^th are already delayed by months due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pandemic. While the pending examinations were scheduled to begin from July 1, CBSE commenced the evaluation work of the papers already conducted in May and June. By the third week of June, the board was already done with the evaluation work of the 10th 12th answer sheets. 

An ex-principal and an expert on CBSE, Dr. Aggarwal, stated “With the cancellation of the examination, there is a lot of pressure on CBSE to ensure fair results. The board would have to juggle between a policy of averaging but also ensuring that no undue marks are awarded or deducted.”

A CBSE official on condition of anonymity revealed, “CBSE is mindful of the stress-induced by coronavirus pandemic and the present situations. It is working to save the year of students and thinking about more compartments than failures, but deciding on compartment examinations is also a concern and the board must think of a date!”

CBSE cancelled pending CBSE 10^th Board Exams 2020 and CBSE 12^th Board Exams 2020 recently. The Board also said that an option to appear for special exams would be given to CBSE 12^th students as an opportunity to improve their score. These exams would be conducted once normalcy is restored.

Nearly 30 lakh students are waiting for the final CBSE results. According to the figures shared by CBSE, nearly 18,89,878 students registered for the CBSE 10^th Exams 2020 and 12,06,893 registered for the CBSE 12th Exams 2020. There is an expectation that CBSE would release CBSE Results 2020 before July 15.
