Students who wish to apply for CBSE 10th, 12th marks verification can read further to understand the process. 

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the CBSE 12th Results 2020 and CBSE 10th Results 2020 on July 13, 2020, and July 15, 2020, respectively.  Soon after the announcement of the CBSE Results 2020, the Board released the official notice regarding the verification of marks. While the Board commenced the application process for the verification of marks for CBSE 12th on July 17, the application process for CBSE 10th verification of marks begins today i.e. July 20, 2020. While the marks verification process for CBSE 12th results 2020 is ending tomorrow i.e. July 21, 2020, the last date to apply for CBSE 10th Results 2020 marks verification is on or before July 24. Students not satisfied with their results and want to apply for the verification of marks through the official website of the Board i.e. cbse.nic.in.

Students not satisfied with their CBSE Results 2020 and wish to apply for verification of marks must know that they need to pay Rs. 700 per answer book in order to get their application process. 

Steps to Apply for Verification of Marks 

  • Visit the official website of CBSE i.e. cbse.nic.in
  • Navigate and click on the link that reads, 'Schedule for Verification of Marks'.
  • The link will be redirected to a new page with input fields 
  • Proceed by enterin roll number, school number and exam centre number
  • List of subjects for the student appeared will appear on the screen 
  • Select the subject you want to apply for verification of marks
  • Proceed further by making the fee payment using Debit Card/ Credit Card
  • Save the application number shared by CBSE for future purposes. 

CBSE Results 2020: Verification of Mark Results 2020 and other details

After verifying the marks, CBSE will publish the verification of marks results on the Board's official website. In case of change of marks, a letter will also be sent to the students by Speed Post/e-mail by concerned Regional Office of CBSE. In case, there is no change of marks, CBSE will not mail any letter, however, it will be available on the website. Applicants are advised to visit CBSE's website for the status of verification requests. ONLY the students applying for verification of marks are applicable for obtaining a photocopy of the answer sheets of those subjects. CBSE will reject incomplete applications.
