While the schools are suspended and examinations are postponed due to the nationwide lockdown in the country in the wake of coronavirus outbreak, the app will help the students stay connected to the learning process and prevent loss of studies.

Haryana Board of School Education (BSEH) launched a digital learning app, Bright Tutee, for students of classes 9 and 10. The education board has made the app free for students until July 31. While the schools are suspended and examinations are postponed due to the nationwide lockdown in the country in the wake of coronavirus outbreak, the app will help the students stay connected to the learning process and prevent loss of studies.

The BSEH digital app covers almost all subjects such as Maths, Science, English, Hindi, and Social Science subjects and provides comprehensive learning, assessment and exam preparation material in three languages: Hindi, English, and English-Hindi (bilingual).

The official notification shared by the Board stated that all the registered institutions are hereby informed that as schools are closed due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, the board advises institutes to encourage the students to use the digital learning content of Bright Tutee app for students studying in classes 9 and 10.

In order to access the information and learning, students are advised to download the app from the Google play store or simply access the official website. The students have to register using their class, board, medium, and subject details.

The Board chairman stated that they want students to make the best use of this time and app. The institution’s heads are advised to disseminate this information among the students and teachers as soon as possible.

According to the latest information, the teachers of Haryana government schools have started recording and uploading the tutorials of their lectures on the website of the Higher Education Department so that the students don’t miss classes during the lockdown. These lectures can also be accessed through the ''Sikha Setu app''.

Meanwhile, BSEH postponed the remaining exams of this year’s boards. Fresh exam dates will be announced for the same.
