Gujarat Board 10th, 12th exams 2021 postponed, new dates after May 15

GSEB Class 10, 12 examinations have been deferred. New exam dates to be announced after May 15.

The Gujarat Board has decided to postpone its upcoming board examinations for GSEB Class 10 and GSEB Class 12 amid a huge spike in coronavirus cases in the state and across the country. The same has been confirmed by the official Twitter account of CMO Gujarat. Moreover, the state government has also decided to mass promote students of classes 1 to 9 and 11. "The new Gujarat Board exam dates 2021 will be announced after reviewing the coronavirus situation on May 15," read the official tweet by CMO Gujarat.

GSEB Time Table 2021 for classes 10 and 12 was released on February 3, 2021.

According to the released GSEB 12th Time Table 2021, the GSEB Class 12 examinations were scheduled to begin with Sahkar Panchayat and Accountancy in Slot 1 and 2, respectively, on May 10 and conclude on May 25 with Rajyashastra and Sociology, for General Stream. For GSEB 12th Science stream, the examinations were to be conducted between May 10 and May 21, 2021. For Class 10, the examinations were scheduled from May 10 to May 20, 2021, as per the GSEB 10th Time Table 2021.
