The Madhya Pradesh School Education Board declared class 9 and class 11 results amid the nationwide lockdown due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus in the country. Students who appeared for the MP Board class 9 and 11 examinations can visit the official website of the Board to check their results. The MP Board published the results on its official web portal i.e. vimarsh.mp.gov.in.
This is the first time when the MP Board has released class 9 and class 11 results online. The decision to declare the result online was taken due to the ongoing lockdown to control the virus spread. In order to avoid gathering during result distribution, the School Education Department, Madhya Pradesh issued a directive to schools to upload the result on the Vimarsh Portal. The government launched the Vimarsh portal for the convenience of the students. It will help students check and download their results while practicing social distancing.
MP Board 9th and 11th Result 2020: Steps to check
Students who want to check MP Board 9th and 11th Class Result 2020 online, need to log onto the School Education Department’s official result portal i.e. Vimarsh. Students can follow the steps mentioned below to check their results:
- Step 1: Go to the official exam portal i.e. vimarsh.mp.gov.in
- Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads ‘MP Board 9thand 11th Class Result 2020’
- Step 3: The link will be redirected to a new webpage
- Step 4: From the first drop-down menu, select ‘district’
- Step 5: In the second menu, select ‘block’
- Step 6: From the next drop-down, select the school name
- Step 7: Mention the class
- Step 8: Verify the details and click on the ‘Show’ button
- Step 9: The MP Board 9th/ 11th Result will be displayed on a new webpage
- Step 10: Download the result and take a printout
Students must know that the result uploaded online is just for informational purposes only. For future reference, students are advised to collect their original marksheets and supporting documents from their respective school’s administrative offices.
