One-year business management course by IIM-L

ExlService Holdings, Inc. (EXL) has partnered with IIM Lucknow to deliver a one-year on-campus business management programme for working professionals. The programme will be conducted at the institute’s NOIDA campus. As per this agreement, IIM Lucknow will deliver modules on general management and EXL will design and deliver industry-focused modules on consulting, analytics and operational excellence.

Open to working professionals with more than five years of experience, the programme will be offered for six days in a quarter over a period of one year. The course will include 120 hours dedicated to general management while more than 30 hours will be devoted to consultative and analytics capabilities.

The programme aims to deliver industry relevant content through the right mix of learning tools, including instructor-led training, case studies and project work. The candidates will be awarded a certificate upon the successful completion of the programme. 

The fee structure of the programme is still being decided and it is expected to begin by March/April next year. Dr Devi Singh, director, IIM Lucknow said, “We are excited about this programme as our collaborative goal is to fundamentally enhance the management capability and help generate a steady leadership pipeline for the industry”.
