  Front Office Managers play an important role in any service - be it retail banking, retail stores, or hotel industry.  

The front office makes sure that the needs of guests, customers, or clients are identified and ensures that they are met quickly and appropriately.

Front office management is not only about 'people' aspects of a business but also about offering efficient back-end support to employees and manage operations of an office or a retail store. Students generally opt for either Diploma or PG Diploma courses in Front Office Management, which usually have duration of six months to one year. Most of these courses are available in full-time, part-time, as well as distance learning modes. Soft skills training and spoken English courses usually form important components of Front Office Management courses along with training for cashiering, handling telephone operations and mails, and packaging.

Eligibility

Most Diploma courses accept students who have cleared their 12th boards though a few do accept students just out of high school. For PG Diploma course in Front Office Management, a candidate should have completed their graduation in any stream.

Generally, a fresher in the field can get a package of Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 a month.
