Review of Acharya School of Management.
Placements: Almost 70% of the students got placed through campus recruitment. The rest of the students got better offers from pool placements, so they went ahead with it. The highest salary package offered was 6.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top roles offered here are a HR manager. All students got internships.
Infrastructure: The college has an amazing library. PGDM classrooms are fully equipped with air-conditioner, projectors and all other facilities. Hostels are also very good. The food served in the mess is decent. Acharya Habba is the annual fest, and it's one of the best college fests in Bangalore.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful in guiding the students. All guidance regarding the placements is provided by the faculty and placement coordinators. Placement training classes are also conducted by the college. Internships are not provided by the college. Students are required to apply on their own, in case of any difficulty faculty members will guide them also.
Other: I have chosen PGDM to learn practical knowledge which is not there in a regular MBA course. MBA syllabus is designed by VTU, which is outdated.

Acharya provides good education.
Placements: The placements are good over here. Many multinational companies arrive to recurit the students in different feilds. The training session for placements is also given and they conducted mock interviews for the students. Many companies also arrive for marketing and Business analytics and HR.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at acharya is good. It is full of greenery. The Wi-Fi is provided all over the campus any students can access it. Different kinds of sports are available like basketball, foot ball, cricket. The laboratories facilities are good and many different kind of equipments are provided.
Faculty: The curriculum for PGDM is autonomous. The curriculum is designed by the staff based on the present outside models. The staffs are more knowledgeable they help us to achieve our goals and target. It is more of practical than therotical. Curriculum can be changed when there is need of any special skills.
Other: The main event hubba is conducted in acharya and the musical night show where many people will come and participate. Many extra curricular activities like cricket leauge etc. Is conducted.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: The highest average salary package offered for the students of our senior batch was 5.50-6 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4.50 to 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. There is a placement cell available on the campus, and they conduct exams like AMCAT which help the students to get a good salary package.
Infrastructure: We have all the facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, hotels, sports, canteen, hostel and mess facilities on the campus. Food available in the canteen can be rated an 8 out of 10. I'm not facing any infrastructure related issues. The campus is big, clean and green.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful at the time of placements and internships. They act like facilitators but not lecturers. They do not teach us through textbook methods but according to the current trend in the corporate world. Questions are not asked directly in the exam, and every question is asked indirectly which helps in the corporate life. They guide students to become future managers but not employees.
Other: The college organises events like blood donation camps and quizzes.

Other: The college is situated out of the city, where the transportation is costly. If you want to go in the city it takes around 15 kilometres. The food served outside college is cheap but quality food is not available. In the aspect of studies, the college is ahead and in the aspect of cultural activities, college is nice. But the fee is a bit high, which in the current year they have reduced.

Other: The college is situated at the outskirts of the city the college has good facility and excellent staff. The staff is dedicated to individual improvement of the individual. It also has excellent infrastructure. We have a mentor program where the staff councils individual students in regards to their life goals and career objectives. The placement are decent but could be better.

Other: The college is very good, campus is excellent, and students are provided with good facilities like ac classrooms. All the lectures are conducted with PPTs. In house faculty members are superb. The only i don’t like is, our visiting faculty members have much experience of industry and are not able to teach in the way we like. They still treat us like school kids. Whereas on the other side we are learning so many high tech topics. But yes working on actual projects rather than learning from books is the best part of this course and college.
