Attc boarding, east Sikkim.
Placements: A maximum number of students from the particular course get placed in companies like maruti suzuki, Cipla, harley davidson, etc. Attc gives a package of around 3.5 Lacs per year on a minimum basis facility and the compound of the college is very good. And it includes mess, etc.
Infrastructure: ATTC is equipped with very good labs. It is one of the best Polytechnic colleges, there are free Wi-Fi, advanced labs and classes, and a library. It includes a park and has a very good staff. It is facilitated with a gym, mess, labs, parks, canteen, etc.
Faculty: The teacher is very helpful and the exams are conducted regularly, the course and the subject classes are Related. Tough exams are scheduled and hard to crack. Sessional may be cracked but semester exams are very tough to crack.
Other: It is suggested for Sikkim COI holders, as there are no fee charges for them.

The college has good placements and well-maintained infrastructure.
Placements: The placements in ATTC are good. I got placed in TII India Private Ltd, which is situated in Haryana and I'm getting a salary of 2.82 LPA. If you want to fulfil your dreams and get settled in your life, join ATTC.
Infrastructure: In this college, there are different types of labs and well-maintained classrooms. There are various types of labs such as PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic lab, etc. There is also a workshop in which different types of machines are available to do the practicals and learn the technical knowledge.
Faculty: The faculty members are good, and all are well-educated. They treat us as their children. They completed their graduation in different states. They maintain the good personality and are respectful to the students.
Other: The college was good. To be successful in your life, then join in this college.

Save your time and money.
Placements: Some placements are really good, but to complete 100%placement college can even place a student in shop. Some companies are such that one can't stay even for a month. Only quantity counts here, no value for student's life and future. Being a government college fees are more than a private college.
Infrastructure: The labs and building was well maintained after world bank funding but with time and no maintenance every thing deteriorated now lab equipments are also not available. For projects you don't have equipped lab and lab instructor. The hostel is no less than a ghost house, no water and electricity for atleast 8 hours a day. Food quality of hostel food is really bad, half cooked rice, chapatis not available, in the name of vegetable you only get potatoes.
Faculty: Initially course followed was of NTTF but due to some problems NTTF cancelled its certification with this college now course is same but with partiality with non-local students for local students, no matter how much you study marks is in their hands.
Other: Advertisement is in its peak in college fest students from local schools are called and are motivated to take admission in the college, you may call it fest in the name of advertisement.

One of the best Diploma colleges in Sikkim. They've got a good number of placements!
Placements: ATTC has secured a good number of placements for all the trades. The highest salary is around 40-45k, while the lowest salary is about 10-15k. The top recruiting companies include Maruti Suzuki, Cipla, Titan, and others. In previous years, the placement process has successfully placed a good number of students.
Infrastructure: For the mechanical and manufacturing branches, they have a machine shop and workshop with all the necessary equipment required for functions like lathe machines, milling machines, etc. Other labs on the campus include the Physics lab, Chemistry Lab, Cad lab, computer lab, etc.
Faculty: The way the teachers teach has its own unique style. Most of the teachers are excellent in their respective fields. The teaching quality of the teachers is very good if we listen to them carefully. The examinations aren't as difficult as those in other institutions.
Other: My interest in machines and their mechanisms led me to choose this career. The best thing about this course is that I'm gaining more knowledge than I initially expected.

It is recommended. All teachers are very nice, and academically average students will get placed.
Placements: About 80% of the students surely get placements from our college. If you are a little bit sincere in your studies, then you will surely get placements. The highest salary package was offered by Maruti Suzuki, and it was about 3.50 LPA. Other than that, off-campus placements are also conducted which are informed by the placement cell of the college. The lowest salary package offered is about 1.62 LPA. Top recruiters in our college for the mechanical course are Maruti, Gabriel, Daiken, Cipla, Titan and Tata Motors which visit once in 2 or 3 years. Rest of all companies which visit here are mostly related to the automotive sector, and all the companies visit here are well recognised. Mostly all the students get internship opportunities in Tata Motors, Tata Hitachi, IDTR and various MNCs. Mostly we get roles of DET (diploma engineer trainee), but Maruti Suzuki recruits for JET (junior engineer trainee) roles.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the campus, including the hostel. Lots of labs are available related to all subjects with trained teachers who are masters in their job. Classes are compulsorily conducted regularly. Various extracurricular activities are also organised for students and teachers. You can meet students from mostly all parts of North Eastern and South-Eastern regions of India. The environment is very clean and good as Teesta river flows just beside the college. Our college is surrounded by green hills all around. It is a perfect place for students who want to live in a natural environment and concentrate on their studies. The food served in the hostel is little above average, but breakfast served is the very tasty meal of the day. An ambulance is available in the hostel and campus for any kind of emergency. During college hours, our college canteen serves the best food at a reasonable price.
Faculty: All the teachers of the school and hostel staff members are very friendly. Teachers are well qualified in their respective subjects. Their teaching quality is good. The teaching is done mostly in labs, so you will get basic practical examples of things which are being taught. In my entire 3 years in college, I have not witnessed any sort of rude or discriminating behaviour from any of the teachers and hostel staff members. There is a workshop which has more than 40 machines, including CNC. All the machining and activities are provided to students which will help them to be industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because placements for the mechanical branch are very good in this college, and this course was suggested by a senior of this same college. Machines in the workshop are old, and nowadays all machines are automated in factories, so I wish that our college should provide new machines, and there are a few CNC machines. The course must be more related to the practical things which we face while working because the course is a bit outdated. But it is the same issue in all colleges in India. Lots of events and festivals are organised on our campus, and there is a dedicated sports week for 2 weeks in a year which includes a wide variety of indoor games and outdoor sports. Our college also organises music fest, fashion show, Saraswati puja, Vishwakarma puja and all major festivals. Scholarships were provided by NTTF when I joined, but I don't have an idea about current scholarships scheme in college. I have seen some cases that if you are a very better student, and you are financially weak, then you will get help from faculty members for the fees. The campus crowd is very moderate, which gives a very good chance to familiar with all the faculty members and students. The entire campus has a free Wi-Fi facility, inculcating hostels. Special scholarships are offered to local citizens of Sikkim who are willing to join the college. Village camp will be the most wonderful experience you will get here in the final year of the course. In that village camp, students visit a very remote location to support a school or a community, and students who live in camps cook their own food and do trekking, etc. Likewise, Sikkim is a very good state, and by returning from the camp, you will visit all Sikkim tourist places. Even you will never feel enough of those places.

It is the best college which pushes your limits and to work hard.
Placements: Very less outsiders of Sikkim know about this college. Around 10-15% of the students got placed in our course, and almost 25-30% of students get recruitment from college. The average salary package offered was 4.2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries are well maintained and equipped. Our college is the best place if you want to explore your best foot in sports. Infrastructure is average but enough for all the curriculum required to be performed. Canteen is enabled inside the campus, making it dependable for the students.
Faculty: You can interact with all the teachers individually and are well-taken care off. This place will push you to your best limits. It makes you ready to face every kind of situation in life and well as in work. Teachers are always prepared to help in studies, and extra classes are also provided. Accordingly, it makes students industry-ready.
