Review of Aryabhatta Institute of Engineering and Management, Durgapur.

Placements: Our college doesn't offer better placements. The companies offer very low package. The companies that visit our college for the placement are mainly the consultancy or the BPO'S. Mostly the college has fake campus placements. The civil department has no campusing.

The students must be saved from this college.

Placements: The placements in my college are not good. No MNC companies are coming for the placements. A minimum of 2 to 3 companies come to the college and select only 5-10 students. The placements in our college are poor.

College is good, but the infrastructure is not good.

Placements: Our college doesn't offer better placements. The companies offer very low packages. The companies that visit our college for the placements are mainly the Consultancies or the BPO's. The package is Rs. 8000

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college, simply don't study here.

Placements: There are very poor placements for all branches and batches. Sometimes the college even calls fake recruiters. There is a placement cell, but it is locked and never opened. The placement percentage is 9-10%. Everybody somehow finds a job by themselves. The average salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. Students find internships by themselves with no stipend as far as I know.

Dissatisfaction is what you get coming in this college. The faculty are too bad to talk about it.

Placements: Good placements are there for CSE, IT, EE, ECE students, but not for civil or mechanical trades. I am a civil engineering student and still haven't got any civil engineering company on our college campus for placement purpose. Our seniors who were from mechanical and civil faced the same problem.

This college is not suitable for course like B.Tech. Neither infrastructure nor facility is good.

Placements: The placement record is deteriorating year by year. In my batch, only two to three companies visited our college for the placement. Only, 5-10 percent of the students got placed. The highest package was 3.45 LPA, and the lowest was 1.2 LPA. The Ways to Capital(Indore), Dhoot Transmission(Maharastra) and Sons and Parel(Chennai) were the companies that visited the campus. They do not get the role as per their respective trade. None of us got the internship from the college. There is a placement ce...

It is a money making college in Durgapur.

Placements: They also provide fake placements. Around 25 students out of the 500 get a fake placement, and I was one of them who got placed in such a fake company. Finally, when we went to join in some of such companies with a delayed joining, then some asked for the money, and some provide a helper level job. So finally, after completion of the course, every placed student also turned into unplaced. In our previous batch some students got placed at some MNCs, but at that time also, we heard fake placement ...

Don't even think to take an admission here.

Placements: We take admission in this college only after seeing that the seniors are getting placed. But it turns out that we get the fake companies which are a ridiculous experience for me. Only 2% students got placed, and that includes the fake companies. The highest and the lowest packages offered were the same at Rs. 1.5 lakhs/annum because only two companies came and offered that. We are selected because we told them that we could take the risk and can ride the bikes.

Review of Aryabhatta Institute Of Engineering and management, Durgapur.

Placements: The college mostly has fake campus placements. Some genuine companies do come but again they select a very few and due to the college not completing the agreement between them and the company, they never let the candidates join. Around 10-12% of my immediate seniors were placed. In my batch, about 25% students were placed. The average salary for the seniors was 1.8 lakhs p.a. and for my batch, it was 2 lakhs p.a. The companies which come are mostly BPOs. No one ever got an internship. ...
