Akshar Education has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.A.Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
B.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
B.Sc.Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
BBACandidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
BCACandidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
After 10th DiplomaCandidate must have passed 10th class from any recognised Board/Council.

No, distance/correspondence course is recognised by AICTE. Hence, there cannot be college that claims to have recognition for their distance engineering course.
