AIIMS Delhi MDWhat’s new?
INI CET 2025 Jan session result for the MD course has been released. On the official website, candidates can log in and download their scorecards. For the July session, the INI CET 2025 exam will be held on May 18, 2025.
AIIMS Delhi MD and MS Admission 2022
AIIMS Delhi offers full-time MD/ MS in various specialisations at PG level. Candidates applying to MD/ MS must have completed 12 months of compulsory rotating Internship/ Practical training on or before July 30 of the year of admission.
Eligibility criteria:Â Candidate must hold MBBS degree of a university recognised by Medical Council of India/ Dental Council of India with 55% aggregate marks in case of General & OBC and 50% aggregate marks in case of SC/ ST category
Selection criteria:
- Admission to MD/ MS is based on the scores obtained in INICET
- A total of 123 seats are offered under MD/MS

AIIMS Delhi Cut off 2023: INI CET Consolidated ListsÂ
AIIMS Delhi offers admission to MD/ MS/ MCh/ DM/ MDS courses through INI CET. INI CET 2022 Open Round was released on Feb 4 for categories, including UR (unreserved), EWS, OBC, SC, ST and PwBD for MD/ MS/ DM/ MCh and MDS courses. Candidates can also download the consolidated lists from the official website of AIIMS. Check out the below table to download the final INI CET 2022 round-wise cut off lists:

As per the cutoff for round two of admission, MD in General Medicine is the most competitive course with a closing rank of 5 for the General AI category students. For 2025, All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), New Delhi is expected to release the AIIMS BSc nursing application around March 2025. The exams will be scheduled around June 2025. Please note that the age limit is 18 years to 30 years.
