Our college is good in all aspects.
Placements: It is a good college and bachelor in animation and VFX is a good course. There are top VFX companies that come forward to appoint students as pixellated. Students can also get internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is great. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled with high speed. Classrooms have air-conditioners and projectors. The library is neat and clean and we can find the book we want. They have good sports such as basketball and table tennis.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are so great and experienced. They have good interaction with students. The course curriculum is pretty much basic, and they teach from the initial stage. They teach everything that students want to learn even if it is our of the syllabus. It'll definitely make students industry-ready.
Other: Many extracurricular activities and events are held on campus.

Avoid weekend or part-time courses, but a good institute for bachelors and masters. Fee is high.
Placements: The college will only inform any ongoing or forthcoming auditions and job openings via the official email ID provided during the orientation. Once you join the institute, you need to be checking your college email regularly for updates. You need to give the auditions and get placed. Hence the college just provides a platform and opportunities, and you have to seize them. Students were offered an intern position in their respective field. Mostly they get placed in television shows and not so popular production houses.
Infrastructure: Classrooms in AISFM were inside the Annapurna Studios amid the shootings and post-production works. Classrooms were neat and air-conditioned. They are equipped with projectors and sound systems. The food served in the canteen is good. The college provides hostels outside but close to the campus. I didn't face any infrastructure related issues during my tenure. But during the weekend, we couldn't get the cameras and equipment for practical exercises.
Faculty: The direction department had the best teachers, and all are well-qualified. The editing department too had good professors. Cinematography lecturer was not that good. All the professors used the whiteboard and projectors to show PPTs and videos during the lecture. We did not get the industry exposure as we had just six weekends and a vast syllabus. The course curriculum was useful. You can make your first short film confidently after pursuing this 6-weekend course.
Other: During our tenure, we went to shootings going on in the adjacent sets of reality TV shows, movies and TV serials. It was like we were in the middle of them. But the fee structure is high, and people from the middle class find it hard to get into this institute.

Worth if you are still a beginner and want to find out and explore about filmmaking.
Placements: Being the film industry, it's not really that easy to get placed. There are jobs available but aren't very high paying in the beginning, and you have to work your way up. The college does provide opportunities, but you need to be sure about what you want to do.
Infrastructure: AISFM has great classrooms and technical suites but lacks the infrastructure for extracurricular activities. Only a small half-basketball court for sports is available. A gym and play area have been in-talk, but as of now, it's not great in terms of other activities at AISFM.
Faculty: Overall, a great curriculum is available for students to understand the various topics and processes of filmmaking. Even the faculty are pretty awesome in that sense. The only drawback would be that it's not that competitive or risk-taking. Then again, it's only good for people who want to experiment in this field for a low price.

Other: The curriculum is heavily based practical and projects unlike most of the colleges which insist on theory. The curricula was set before commencement of the college and was updated as per the industry standards. Also there is a mandatory internship period at the end of every semester (mostly even semesters) in which we are sent to leading production houses for in-house work and training. The college generally is interesting to be in and study at as there are so many things happening year round including shoots, projects, cultural activities, and exchange programs. The only negatives I can think about the college is, lack of infrastructure for 3D animation and VFX, but then so is the case in all institutions across the country.
