B.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2021

Very good and affordable college.
Placements: Almost all the students were placed. The highest package was INR 900000 p.a., and the lowest package was INR 250000 p.a. Most of the students got placed in Udaipur with different companies, but I was placed with L&T Construction Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi. Now I am being transferred to Karnataka.
Infrastructure: When coming to facilities, the most important things are electricity, water and cleanliness.
Daily in the hostel, there was two times cleaning, there was 24*7 electricity and the hostel room was also good with different systems.
Four-seater, three seater and two-seater room options were there.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and most of them had doctorates in different streams. In the first year, all branch students were combined for sessions as the first year was a basic engineering course that everyone had to get knowledge about. Civil engineering was the best branch, according to me. Exams were difficult for those who didn't study. If a student has a command for himself and then fails, he can file a re-evaluation on that paper.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in construction. The subject was tough and interesting after studying. The basic thing is to calculate the name of the material and its quantity.

Good in the environment but okay in faculty and study.
Placements: About 50% of students get passed. The highest package was 20 lack per annum and the lowest package was 5 lack per annum. About 50% of students get internships. The top roles offered were web development in Computer Science. The top Recruiting companies are Redhat.
Infrastructure: In facilities, the College is provided with all facilities. There are all labs, all classrooms are on point. The library is also available all the time. College campuses have Wi-Fi connections everywhere. The quality of food and medical facilities is also very good. Sports and games are available.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and they are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant. The Semester exams are easy to pass and the pass percentage is 60-70%. The Course curriculum makes students industry ready and knowledgeable.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements.
Placements: Placement are not good of this college. MNCs doesn't come here. Internship opportunities for students are limited or None. In my opinion, Placements also depend upon the Students, If student do hardwork and prepare skills then surely he will be get placed but if he/she is not learning then surely he will not be placed even if he is in excellent college .
Infrastructure: The Overall Infrastructure of the college is Good. Classrooms and Wi-Fi facilities in college are also good. Overall college facilities are good. The sports and games facilities of the hostel are good. The quality of food available in hostel not that good.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is same as other Colleges. In short, It does not make students industry ready. The semester exams are moderate difficult. It actually depends upon the subjects.

Review of Aravali Institute of Technical Studies.
Placements: Our college provides jobs in the call center or some other small startups. Local companies in Udaipur hire students from this college, and some of them get fired after 6 to 8 months of completing their course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure can be rated 3 stars because the campus is not big. There are no separate areas for games and different courses as they mixed up all of them with a very small garden, basketball court, etc. The library doesn't have updated books and its staff members are rude.
Faculty: Our college follows the course curriculum of RTU. They treat midterms like class tests and never complete the syllabus. The course curriculum is not good. Some teachers are good but some are not good and don't have prior knowledge of their subjects. Teachers can be given 3 stars.
Other: I chose this course because computer science is a good branch and I want to pursue my career at FAANG. Our college is good for self-studying students. It organises 3 main events such as freshers, farewell, and aroma. It also organises an event with 1-day preparation which has no meaning.

Won't recommend to take admission her.
Placements: At max 40-50% of students get the in campus placement, not more than that. Most of the companies that visit the campus are local companies and they do not offer much salary to the students. While studying in this college, it is better to prepare for off campus placements on our own rather than focusing on the in campus placements.
Infrastructure: There are several wi-fi across the campus, but not all of them do actually work. Some of them work even slower than 2G and some don't work at all. This is the same case for labs. There are several labs, all of them consisting of lots of computers, but only 5-6 computers per lab do the actual work. Hostel rooms are good, but the mess food is tasteless. And there are a lot of restrictions on girls, in comparison to the boys. Restricting girls is not bad, but restricting only the girls is.
Faculty: Some of the faculty members are good, some are not. The college always have shortage of teachers. Several good teachers resign from the college within very less period of time. Although they are very helpful towards their students, yet they cannot adjust with the college and its policies. A single faculty is burdened with lots of work. The college is affiliated with RTU, Kotak. I don't find RTU a very good option for B.Tech.

If you are looking for an engineering college in Udaipur, you can consider this college.
Placements: About 10% of students were placed. Placements were not good, but internships were provided.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, and other facilities were good. It had a good infrastructure. The quality of food served in the hostel was good.
Faculty: The teaching quality was good. Two mid-term exams and a final exam were conducted every semester.
Other: If you are eligible, you will get a scholarship.
