College was overall good but some improvements should be made .
Placements: Percentage of students placed were 70%.
The highest package went upto 4lakh and the lowest package was 1 Lac.
Top recruiting companies were tata birla, pantaloons, Nalco, etc.
100% of students got internship in our college.
Top roles offered in our College was Financial analyst.
Infrastructure: The faculty members were quite good but the infrastructure need improvement as the classrooms needs to be digitalized and AC needs to be installed in classrooms and Wi-Fi facilities should be provided. Apart from this the provided by the canteen was not that much good.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful but less qualified and knowledgeable The quality of teaching was average teachers were helpful. The curriculum was relevant but it does not make students industry ready Apart from this the difficulty level of semesters were less.

Dissatisfied with less resources and also, the way of teaching is traditional.
Placements: The students placed in my course are very less. The highest package is about 4 -5 LPA and the lowest package is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are The Everest, Ruchi, etc. Maximum number students find the internships themselves and few of them get through the campus itself.
Infrastructure: Facilities are not much good as it is a government college. Nowadays, students should be taught in a digital way, where they can enhance their knowledge and skills in a broader way. So students did get all the types of facilities in the campus. Hostels are really very poor quality and the quality of food is also not so good.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, highly qualified and good at teaching. The course is curriculum relevant but not fully practical based knowledge is provided. The college should take necessary steps to improve the upcoming batch with some new teaching techniques. Difficulty level of the semester exams in this college is moderate.
Other: IMBA is the course chosen by me and the best thing is the teaching quality of teachers. The college should inculcate practical based knowledge, and also in the form of digitalization.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college structure and placement cell.
Placements: No. of students in my course is very low. Although the college didn't provide any placement facilities, the average package offered is 6 lakh per annum. There are no top recruitment companies for our course, and no internship facilities are available.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, hostels, libraries, and labs are well-maintained. The Wi-Fi facilities are not very good, but the food quality at the college is better compared to other nearby colleges. Medical facilities are available through the nearby government hospital. The college has a large ground for sports and other activities.
Faculty: Teachers at the college are well-educated, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good, relevant to the course curriculum, and prepares students well for the industry. Semester exams are moderate, with a minimum pass percentage of 33% in all subjects.

Review of B.J.B Autonomous College.
Placements: About 85% of students were placed. The highest package offered was 8 LPA and the average package offered was 6 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA. About 90% of students got internships in companies like Pantaloons, Shoppers Stop, Reliance Trends, etc. The top roles offered in our courses are HR generalist, marketing manager, and sales manager.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is sufficient. The classrooms are large and airy. The library and computer lab are also available and they are regularly maintained. Wi-Fi facilities aren't available and there is a curfew time in the hostel. A parking facility is also provided.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly and helpful. All the teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable individuals. The course curriculum is relevant but not so vast but it does make students industry-ready. The exams are quite difficult but notes and other study materials are provided by the teachers. The pass percentage is 95-98%.
Other: You can apply for government scholarship schemes in your first year at this college.

4. General Manager, HR manager, marketing manager are the top roles offered.
5. The highest salary package is 8lakh and the lowest is 2lakh package.
6.90% students got internship in top companies like Infosys, tec mahindra, lake etc.
Infrastructure: 1. The department provides us with the best facilities like library with big classrooms, computer lab, spacious classes.

Faculty: 1. Quality over quantity. The teachers are very friendly and helps the students to know the subjects more easily. They are highly qualified with good degrees

Other: 1. I choose this course because I always wanted to go in management line. The best about my course is interpersonal relationship and human resource development.

Best department. Nice facilities.
Placements: Almost 75% of students got placed in the previous batch. They got placed before the completion of the course, and some of them got placed after the completion of the course. ICICI bank is the top recruiting company. Around 40% of the students got an internship.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not yet available. Labs are there. The computer lab is present for the students. Classrooms are available. Even if one classroom is occupied, we get another classroom. The library is there for all the students. Each batch is given a certain day for the issue of books. The hostel food is good. Canteen and cafeteria are available. The college conducts quizzes and seminars.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable. They are thorough with the curriculum. They also teach us topics other than in syllabus. The teaching quality is awesome. It makes the students not just industry-ready but for all aspects of life.
Other: I had heard a lot of IMBA department of BJB Autonomous college. So I decided to study here. Everything is good in college. Events are organised.
