It is not a good college for students.

Placements: Placements are average in this course. Our placements start in August 2022.

Opt out of Core branches and u should get placed, expect the worst from everything else.

Placements: More than 80% of student of Electronics & Communication Engineering got placed. The highest package was 14lpa and the lowest was 3lpa. Average would be around 4lpa. Accenture and Infosys were the top recruiters. A few students were selected for internships, don't know the exact companies. Please beware that only software companies arrive so please opt out of Core branches.

A review of Bangalore Institute of Technology.

Placements: Placements in our college are not that good. None of the core companies visit our college to hire students. The training provided by our college is not efficient and not up to the mark. The placement rules are not satisfactory. It is difficult to manage with the college academics and placements because our college is not supportive of students.

The college has bad infrastructure, faculties teaching in an in desired manner, partial marking.

Placements: Placements were not that bad! Good companies come to offset internships in 3rd Sem. Microsoft came last year and conducted 4 rounds but no one got through it. Companies do come and offer jobs but as everyone knows it takes the top cream and the rest of students just get jobs in average companies for an undesired position or opt for some startups.

The college is not worthy for the money with a poor infrastructure and placements.

Placements: The placements for computer science, ECE, EEE, IT, telecom is about 70% with an average package of about Rs. 3.5 lakhs-4 lakhs, but for others, it is the worst. The placement of the civil engineering and mechanical engineering is very poor. The companies like Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, general electrical, L&T, Musigma, Robert Bosch, Aricent, etc. have visited the college. Around 60 companies have visited the college in the year 2015 offering about 650 placements. The highest package offered was ...

Dissatisfied with faculty, infrastructure, canteen, extracurricular activities. Good placements.

Placements: The placement for this branch has been average. This year, the placement was better as compared to the last year's placement, though salaries were average. Only one student was placed with a highly paid job for my senior batch this year. Since my university has changed the department of instrumentation engineering to electronics and instrumentation in the year 2015, the percentage of students placed might increase.

Absolutely waste of life and career, just good in placement if you have good marks.

Placements: Placements are pretty good here. Average package was around 6 LPA for mechanical guys, whereas it went to 12 LPA for CSE students. The lowest package was 3 LPA. Companies like L&T, Oracle, TCS, Bosch and a lot of others visit our college.

Bangalore Institute of Technology is not too good.

Placements: We have the worst ever placements in our college. If you are willing to complete engineering and then work for some multinational companies, then please never join this college. We don't have any hope that we will get placed in any of the companies.

If you have ambitions and expectations of your life, a place to avoid.

Placements: The college brings a few decent companies for recruitment but it mostly depends on your marks and your personality to get through the interviews. You must be dynamic. The college gets you at the door but it all depends on you. There is no guarantee to be placed as it depends on each individual's performances.

No infrastructure, decent faculty, no hygienic hostel, no canteen, no ground, no good classrooms.

Placements: The placement is very decent here. If you are an average student and maintain the eligibility criteria, then you will surely get placed. You should maintain a minimum of 60% and above if you join this college. Many good companies visit this college every year and recruit many students.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty.

Placements: The placements are mediocre and the job designation of a developer is not offered in most cases. The highest package offered was 9 LPA in my batch and for my senior batch too, the highest package was 9 LPA. The lowest salary was 2.8 LPA for both the years. The average package was 5 LPA.

The college is said to be the 2nd best in VTU, but when it comes to placements, it is the same as the second last. Other than CS branch, all colleges have an average package of rupees 3 lakhs. The core sector has the worst placement record. If you are taking core branches, you can only be placed in mass recruiter company like Wipro and TCS.

College is good, canteen is hygienic, and the placements are good.

Placements: Robotics and artificial intelligence are new branches that emerged just a year ago. As the students are still in the 3rd semester, we cannot say much about the placements this soon. We are hoping for good placements in the future. As this branch includes both the technical and mechanical fields, this would be the future.

I am not satisfied with our college and placements.

Placements: Only a few companies visit our college for placements to recruit students. The placement cell is not working well. Top companies won't visit our campus for placements. The highest salary package offered from off-campus is 37.5 LPA by Mercedes Benz. Our college is taking full-fledged credit for students' skills. Around 15 students got internships. The placement rate is 100%. Many mass companies visit our college for placements but provide low salary packages.

With no coding atmosphere and no discipline in college, extracurricular is not so great.

Placements: I am from the ise department, I am from Jharkhand and I am from batch 2021-2025, the highest salary in the college ( Bangalore institute of technology ) is 20 LPA and the lowest salary in college is 3 LPA which is very pathetic and disheartening and not worthy.

Our college provides average faculty members for mechanical stream.

Placements: Almost 30 to 40% of the students got placed from college. The highest salary package offered was about 7 LPA. Mostly IT companies visit the college. Only one or two other companies come for recruitment. Internships are left up to students. Core companies like Mico Bosh visited the college. Some students were interested in doing internships, but our HOD was not co-operative.

Very good placement for CS IS and ECE. Very costly for north Indian.

Placements: Most of the students are placed in an IT company. The core placement of mechanical is not good. Only 12-14 were placed in core companies like Robert Bosch, Toyota, etc. The overall placement was approximately 50% including it. For CS and Information Science placement was approximately 100%. Placement for EC was approximately 90%. The condition of the core branch is very pathetic like civil and mechanical. No core placements for civil.
