BVA in Interior and Spatial Design - Batch of 2023

The college aims at providing good foundation for students design career.
Placements: Bangalore school of design provides good placements. Students get placed based on their ability. Most of the students start their design career here. Many good companies come for recruiting. I have chosen BVA in spatial design. It involves a lot of practical work.
Infrastructure: College has convincing infrastructure but some little things like lab and library needs to include more supplies. Class are spacious. The canteen food is reasonable for the price. There is no specific medical facilities though. Sports and games entertained in the college is table tennis.
Faculty: The college obviously makes the students industry ready by its curriculum like field visit, workshops etc. Teachers are helpful and teaching quality is also good. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable with good experience in design field. Overall helpful faculty.

BVA in Graphic Design - Batch of 2028

Good college, friendly faculty, a lot of ways to engage with.
Placements: The course I am in is Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) in Graphic Design. If you talk about placement, 70-80% of students are placed. I don't know much about the salary package, but from what I know: Highest Package: (e.g., 8 LPA) Lowest Package: (e.g., 2.5 LPA) Average Package: (e.g., 4.5 LPA) The Top Recruiting Companies are Adobe, Canva, Ogilvy, Wieden+Kennedy, Pentagram, FCB, Byju's, Amazon, etc. When you talk about Internships, the Percentage of Students with Internships is (e.g., 85-90%). Top Roles Offered in my course are Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, UX/UI Designer, Art Director, Motion Graphic Designer, etc.
Infrastructure: The faculty is so good, we can call them the best. We don't have a big ground and all, but having good faculty is a blessing. In my hostel, the warden is good, and they'll provide good safety and security. In terms of food, we have options. If we don't like the food in PG, there is a wide variety of messes available outside. There are 3-4 hospitals available nearby, and a lot of sports areas.
Faculty: Talking about the teachers, they are the best. Their teaching is friendly and easy to understand. They always make sure that the students are not spoon-fed and always make them ready for the industry. Exams are not that tough; it depends on how we think about our creativity.
Other: I chose this course out of passion. I love art and design and always wanted to pursue it in that way. The only thing I wish I had was a break; holidays are less for designers. In the college, a lot of events and workshops happen. The main fest is Mozec Fest, where all the juniors and seniors mingle with each other.
