Good College Beant College of Engineering and Technology Gurdaspur. But faculty is somewhat lacking. But I would recommend this college to others as it is Government College. Its fees is somewhat less than other private colleges. You can easily get scholarship of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe, minority and fee waiver.

The college has a very big campus but not any other facilities for Wi-Fi, indoor games and sports, nothing for the day scholars in the college. Also, they have no stationary inside campus but is good in studies and also teachers are very well-qualified.

Mechanical enggineering is the best. The college has excellent infrastructure, good placement records. Faculty members are the best in Punjab in all sphere of knowledge and guidance. I recommend everyone to opt for mechanical without any doubt. College is approachable to the adjoining city Gurdaspur.

Pros: *It has NBA accreditation, is AICTE approved running successfully for more than 15 years. * It is a govt. college funded by govt. of Punjab. About college: * Wi-Fi/LAN for students * fully experienced faculty. * Labs well equipped. * All fests and Events in college campus from Tech-fests to Cultural fests, sports meet etc. are all managed by students themselves with no faculty interference. * Proper guidance at the time of need and many more. . * Exams are set by College itself (though it...

It’s an awesome college with 70 acres of land. Principal Sir is too good and Biotech staff is awesome and cool. TPC is not that much great but still they are giving their best. Hostels are not up to the mark but internet facility is good and fast, both LAN and Wi-Fi. Nearby roaming places are Pandori Temple, Pathankot.

BCET is a government college with a large campus. It has hostel facility for boys and girls. Hostels contains mess, TV room, computer room. All hostels are fully Wi-Fi. Teachers are well qualified. The placement was average in the college. There are separate playgrounds for the sports activity and a government aided library where students can borrow books even for full semester. The area of the city where college is situated lacks infrastructure and there is no such places around the city to exp...

The college environment is very good. The staff members are not that good. They are hiring fresh B.Tech graduates which is not a good thing. The crowd is very good and the campus is also excellent. It is located on the road so there is no problem regarding transportation.

I joined BCET in 2008 to excel in my career. This college's infrastructure is beautifully built and they have talented faculty members. This is one of best colleges under Punjab Technical University. I was also part of first naukri team for campus representative. The annual functions are also very good.

As a govt. college the lab equipment and workshop machines are very good. The faculty members are well experienced and qualified. It is a well reputed college in its area. Though some faculty members do not take the burden of taking their time and give students a proper lecture or take their classes on time as it is a govt. job. So overall it is a good college and my four year experience of graduating from this college was great. Hostels are overall average but the mess food is below average and...

Average, but not good. Fees is more as compared to facilities. Structure and paper checking of the college is also not good. Principle is good but teacher’s behaviour is not good. Class structure is also not good. Sports facilities are also average as compared to other colleges.

College is fully packed with all engineering requirements and well qualified facilities. All extra curriculum activities required for development of engineering student were available, but location of college putting it somewhere backstage. Placements were almost negligible. Management is not supportive during placements. If this will improve it is best available campus in Punjab.

A college where one can surely pursue a classical chemical engineering, with good facilities only if you know how to grab things. A simple atmosphere to live in, wonderful campus, good labs. One can excel from this place but only if one actually wants to do it. If you are willing there will be a lot of brilliant minds to help you.

It is a good and one of the most popular colleges in Punjab in all aspects.

Placements: Around 60% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. Some of the toppers were my friend, and they discussed that the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA and most them accepted the jobs. Top recruiting companies were RV Industries DigitoLogics. About 2-3 students got placed in RV Industries. Top roles offered were chief executive and HR.

It is the best government college for students with poor JEE Mains ranks.

Placements: The placements are good only when you work hard and try to learn from teachers. Packages can range between 3-8 LPA. Tech Mahindra, TCS, and Wipro are the main recruiters. In the batch of 120, 80 students get placed every year. Developer roles are offered by recruiters.

I really love this college.

Placements: Above 50% of students got placed last year. This college provides good packages for companies like Mahindra, Amazon, and Tata, and provides opportunities. All the staff are Ph.D. degree holders. They are very intelligent and helpful to all the students. Many students from last year gave interviews to different companies who came to provide new jobs to the students, and many of them got placed in good companies.
