It is the best college at an affordable cost with a good infrastructure.
Placements: Almost 40% of the students got placed as many students opted for masters. Internships are like projects where students had to choose the workplace for their internships. In our course, the main subjects were business taxation, accountancy, cost and financial management. In spite of the course, the college also provided other certificate courses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. There are good classrooms, a library and labs, and we have an English lab. Even there was a restroom for any students with health issues. The sports room is available for all the sports activities, and there are also gym facilities on the top floor with a well-setup canteen.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and also knowledgeable. The course was very relevant. Semester exams were done through Bangalore University and were not that easy. Still, the hard work makes exams easy. Passing marks were considered depending upon the subject, and the main subject has 42 as passing marks and 29 for other subjects.
Other: I have chosen B.Com because I was much interested in accounting and finance. There must be improvements made in the presentation skills of students by faculty members. Scholarships are good, and fests also make us enjoy and productive with our innovative ideas.

The college is NAAC awarded with good education and faculty.
Placements: Around 90% of students got placed in the college, and the fee was very affordable. Many companies like IBM, HP, Infosys, etc., offer placements. Many courses are very good, like B.A. home science. Good practical knowledge is provided. Inter-college competitions are conducted for students.
Infrastructure: Well-constructed classrooms with modern facilities, modern labs and library are available. The hostel is very clean and provides healthy food. The lectures are very good. The hostel is very strict and has good security guards. Overall, the college and hostel are the best for students.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and experienced. The curricular activities are conducted to provide practical knowledge for students, like sports, journalism, national debate etc. The teachers are very polite and good. They are very supportive. They are experienced in their field. It is a good college.
Other: B.A. home science is a very good option for nutrition and dietetics. Many scholarships are provided to help the eligible and backward students.

An insider's view: The positives and challenges.
Placements: I studied in the 20-23 batch in the FSnD department where we learned more about food science and developments in the course. There are several placement cells, campus selection, and internship programs provided by the college itself, which help in finding a job easily.
Infrastructure: No hostel is provided by the college. We have to stay in PG or rented houses. The infrastructure of the classroom is good. ICT and Wi-Fi are available. The library is huge, where we get all the books to refer to. A canteen is available and mid-day meals are also provided. Sports and games are included.
Faculty: Good faculty with qualifications and knowledge. The syllabus is updated and there are 6 semesters. Subjects change, and difficulty increases in studying open electives, which are not our subjects. One-month internship programs are conducted for industry exposure.
Other: I was in the COVID-19 batch. The best thing about the course was that my interest in cooking and passion made me take this course. A lot of information, both clinically and for our daily life, has been implemented through this course. Events, fests, etc., and IV trips are conducted within the academics itself.
