Review of Bhagalpur College of Engineering.
Placements: Almost 30% of the students were placed in our course. The salary package offered ranges from 7-4 LPA. TCS, BBM and HTC are the top recruiting companies for our course. Students are offered with the role in the electrical department like electricity board. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Almost 100% of the students got an internship in NTPC and many other companies like Electricity Board, IIEST Shivpuri, Transmission Line and Distribution Line.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course and department are satisfactory. Wi-Fi is available with average internet speeds. Labs are in average condition, and some equipment is very good. Classrooms are also in good condition. Facilities of the hostel are good, and the condition of the rooms are also in good condition. There are ward servant's in every hostel to serve the student. Mess and canteen are in average condition. The canteen is not so good, and it needs to be renovated.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are pretty helpful as like every college. Some are very good, but some are average. They are knowledgeable and maximum are M.Tech pass out in their respective fields. Quality of teaching is good. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.

Overall a good College with Good learning opportunities.
Placements: Placement is average. But a lot of guys end up in PSU's through GATE. Recently lot of companies started arriving. Recruiting companies include Griefo, Caegemini, Cisco, Prism cement etc. Internship fixed for each and every student at good institutions.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure. Wi-Fi 100Mbps available at all time. Very good food in College Hostel and canteen.
There are no medical facilities yet. Sports and games fields are blooming.
Classrooms are typical old school government type. There are 4 hostels for boys, one girls hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very good and supportive. You could get advice as and when required. The air flowing the campus calls for GATE exam. The college as well as the faculty members are concerned about the GATE score and overall development. Top College in Bihar State level.

The college provides average infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placements here are not up to the mark. This year (2019), not even a company visited our campus for placements. There are few pool campus placements. For this, we have to visit Patna. Top recruiting companies are Collabera, IBM, Chibber Construction, Wioska Moulding Pvt. Ltd, Prism Cement, etc. The average salary package offered is 3.6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.2 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Prism Cement Ltd. recruits 4-5 students every year from the civil engineering department. Students get opportunities to do an internship in top organisations and firms. Students have done their summer internship from top IITs, NITs, IIEST Shibpur, CSIR-CIMFR Dhanbad, NTPC, BSNL, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good (not the best). The college is located on the bank of holy river Ganga. Wi-Fi is available. Condition of the classroom is not good. Projectors are not available in every classroom. Many types of equipment and machines are available in the labs but not maintained properly. Due to floods, many machines and college properties get damaged. Workshop for mechanical engineering students is available here. Condition of the library is not that good. Many books are available, but very few books of good authors are available. If you want to study in the library, you will not feel comfortable there. The worst things you will find in this college is the canteen. Good quality food is not available here. Total 5 hostels are available here, one girl's hostel and four boys hostel. Facilities in the hostel are good. You can get the view of river Ganga. In the third and final year, you will get a single room. First-year students are finding difficulties, as they are not getting hostels. Food quality is not good, but you can survive. There are no medical facilities. There is enough space to play sports. Cricket and volleyball ground is available here. In the indoor stadium, you can play badminton. Gym facility is not available. You can find two ATMs (one of UCO Bank and another one is of SBI). UCO Bank is available on the campus.
Faculty: Some teachers here are good. But few are there who did not want to teach or I think they don't know how to teach. In this college, you have to be self-dependent. In the mechanical department, there are almost 12-13 teachers. Few of them are very helpful and also well qualified and experienced to teach. HOD of the mechanical engineering department is very helpful and supportive. Don't depend on the college. There are many online facilities which will help you gain knowledge and build future. With the help of college faculty, you can only clear the semester exam.
Other: Every year, tech fest named Technoriti is organised here in March.

Dissatisfied with the HOD of the civil department.
Placements: Placements in our college are not that good. Only a few students get their jobs through placement drives. I would rate the placements with 2/5. Only a few companies that are not highly recognised visit the campus for placements. Faculty members are trying to encourage the students by conducting GATE classes in our college, but those classes are not much beneficial for us.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. A good big and attractive playground is available on the campus as the sports are highly preferable here. Hostels are very good, and the laboratory systems are not that good as they are of the old model. Benches and desks available in classrooms are low in quality, but some classrooms are excellent.
Faculty: The faculty members of our college are humble, but some faculty members like the head of the civil development fail the students by giving just 7 out of 30 marks. He is the worst. However, the rest of the faculty members are good. Students study the concepts with the help of Youtube lecture.
Other: Events like Technority programme, annual functions and regular seminars are organised on the campus.

Best college based on BCECE exam.
Placements: The placements are not good in our college. In the year 2017-18, none of the companies visited our campus. Only one company called the top students for the interview in Patna. On the basis of their knowledge, they took only 2 students. Rest of the students were not placed anywhere.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is pretty good. You will find greenery everywhere in the college. The campus is full of trees, and the environment is one of the best things about this college. There is a big ground for sports. You can play any game there. Most of the students use to play cricket.
Faculty: The faculty in our college are not good. You cannot expect faculty members to be good in the colleges except IITs, NITs or other well-reputed colleges. The faculty in our college are quite supportive as compared to the other colleges in Bihar. Our college is associated with the Aryabhatta Knowledge University.
Other: Events and fests conducted in our college are good.

If Students are cracked the BCECE entrance exam, get admission to this college.
Placements: Currently there is not placement facility in Bhagalpur college of engineering, but college placement team are working on this. They are contacting to many companies. Bihar government also working this. Some time students are organised job fairs. Hope in future students from Bhagalpur college of engineering will get good placement.
Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure in Bhagalpur college of engineering. This college is one of the best engineering college in Bihar. Now there is open Wi-Fi available for students. Very good classrooms with AC and good lab facility. There is good play ground for students. Sufficient hostel for all students. There is one bedded single rooms available for all students. Inside the hostel, good food available. There is not good canteen insite the campus.
Faculty: There is good facility available till second year. For rest 2 year there is not good facility available. But it's depends on branch by branch. In computer Science and engineering branch there is not good facility available. But Students are capable for self study. Courses are little bit older. Need to modify with new patarn. Most of the Students prepare for GATE and Government Job Exams.
Other: Every year students are organising annual function, Tech Fest, sports. Students are eligible for scholarship from Bihar government under the Bihar government policy. Students are also very active in social welfare.
