Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) - Batch of 2020
2.2

It has a poor management system and a very disgusting placement department.
Placements: If you want to get placed, I suggest not joining this college, but our college shows 100% placement records. Students' careers will be spoiled if they join this college.
Infrastructure: The hostel and course facilities are good. The hostel warden is good enough and helps you when you need help in the hostel. Course wise, this college needs some more improvement. The college brings third party educational institutes to our college, but they leave in the middle because of the behaviour of management staff members.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good enough. They are always ready to help you. They are friendly with students. A sir here always gives live examples and also helps you in every situation. A ma'am here is very angry, but she is very friendly. She can read the students' behaviour.
Other: This college arranges fests and events every year for our enjoyment, but it is only possible because of the hard work and dedication of faculty members and students. Management never wants to waste money on this.

Review of Bhavan’s Centre for Communication and Management.
Placements: Efforts from the placement department are good, but a lot of improvement is needed. Some rules need to be modified. Placements should be done on the basis of major specialisation. Overall, it is good, but some areas need improvement. Professionals need to serve the placement department.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, especially the hostel. Hygiene is maintained by the college authorities, which is a good thing. There is a Wi-Fi facility with a library for students and outsiders as well. The hostel is very good, and it gets cleaned almost every day. There is no ragging, and the bonding between seniors and juniors is the best.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are very helpful, and the quality of education is very good and industry-oriented. The course curriculum is relevant and flexible according to the requirements. Classes are very informative and long.
Other: I am a 2020 pass out student. I have chosen this course as I had management in my graduation. Our college arranged many events, fests and extracurricular activities. I think it was one of the best experience with studying to get relaxed.

Faculty members and environment are good. It is a great place to explore your ideas and knowledge.
Placements: Almost 95% of the students got placed in our batch. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Cease Fire, Byju's, ICICI Bank, etc. Almost 100% of the students got internships in different sectors. Top roles offered to the students are HR, process analyst, store manager, marketing supervisor and process associate.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good. The hostel environment was very good, and the food quality was also good. The canteen, medical facilities and sports and games were below average. Classrooms were quite good, but the library wasn't good because it was for the public. Outsiders are also allowed to access the library room.
Faculty: In this college, teachers are excellent and very helpful to teach us new things. They are friendly, well-qualified and knowledgeable. They are like a family.
Other: In extracurricular activities, the sports section needs to be improved. Apart from this, everything is good in the course in this budget.

BCCM is the best management college in Eastern India.
Placements: All students of our course get good placements, and many of them get multiple placements. The highest salary package offered is 6.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.4 LPA during our tenure. Top recruiting companies every year are from banking, finance, retail, marketing and hospital sectors. All students get internships, and also some of them got pre-placement offers. From the healthcare and hospital branch, students of our batch got good quality jobs in hospitals like KIIMS, Panda Cancer Hospital and Shree Hospital.
Infrastructure: There is a very good infrastructure in our college. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and there are air-conditioned classrooms. In the library, there are course study books, along with competitive books to attend competitive examinations like banking, railways, SSC, etc. Our hostel is neat and clean, and two students accommodate in each room. There is a canteen which serves hygienic and tasty food. Sports and games facilities are very much available like cricket, volleyball, boxing, carrom, table tennis, etc.
Faculty: All our teachers are well qualified and well experienced. When we have any doubts, they clarify them promptly. Our course curriculum is designed by top-class academicians of other reputed technical and management institutions, and it is relevant to industry placements.
Other: Our college organises cultural programme and competitions through various clubs of students. We also do summer internship project (SIP) and undergo practical job training in many sectors.

The college is the best for students who want to study and have fun.
Placements: The placement level is the best. Various leading MNCs, banking and logistic companies visit here every year for recruiting students from various branches. Placement training is provided to students, and it goes on throughout the course period of two years like GDPI, reasoning, etc. Our college helps students in placement by giving them the right guidance and preparing for interviews.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are huge enough, and classrooms and labs are clean and neat. Separate hostel and mess facilities are provided for students. There are the latest technology and Wi-Fi campus. The library is well-equipped with more than 12,000 books, periodical and journals.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is industry-relevant, and it has been a great experience. The curriculum is industry-oriented and is upgraded frequently to include new edge techniques, tools and trends in business management.
Other: The fee of our college is very affordable. The value of our college is the best. PGDM degree is given by large and best autonomous institution Under AICTE. Our college focuses on practical aspects by providing exposure to the real-time business situation.

Good to go for your career choice.
Placements: The placement season normally continues upto April/may, by the time all the student got placed. Hence 100% placement achieved by BCCM like all earlier years. In 2019 the highest package received was: Rs.7.69 and Minimun package was 3LPA. I myself received placement in ICICI BANK with a salary package of 3.2LPA.
Infrastructure: I can give 4 Star here, yes it does have a good infrastructure and facilities provided is also upto the Mark.
Faculty: My opinion is all the faculty members are awesome and because of them I am here today. The course curriculum is relevant and totally reliable. Once you get in here then you get ready to work in the industry for sure. My experience here was very good so I would suggest tongo for it.
Other: We were a batch 32 students and all are placed and doing good in their career.
