Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) - Batch of 2022
2.8

It provides good education, regular classes, etc., but a few teachers and the library are not good.
Placements: There was no placement cell or any help for campus placements. Faculty members guided and updated us about openings in schools around Delhi, NCR. Most students got decent jobs with a salary of Rs. 30,000 per month to Rs. 40,000 per month before the final semester exams. Teachers, assistant teachers, and content developers in EdTech are the major positions offered after B.Ed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not good. It had dusty rooms. The office and admin department were not maintained well. The high fees were extremely dissatisfying. There were no hostel facilities. The canteen was hygienic but had no ventilation. They did not switch on the air conditioners. The library was not in good condition, and it needed an update. It was a small room with a maximum of 200–300 books. A complete renovation is going on, so things may get better soon.
Faculty: A few teachers were very helpful and cooperative. The rest lacked in-depth knowledge. They were only busy with politics or judgements among students and staff members. Exams were of average difficulty. Internal assessments were very strict compared to other B.Ed. colleges.
Other: There should be young staff members. The fee of more than Rs. 80,000 was very disappointing.

Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) - Batch of 2022

Go for it if you don't have any other choice. Good faculty and location. Rest all is average.
Placements: This college is fairly newly established in 2018, so it is not well-known to any organisation. Top role you can expect from this course is of Secondary school Teacher. After Diploma, you can apply in a number of schools offline, as well as you may try online teaching with Unacdademy or Vedantu to kick start your career.
Infrastructure: The classes are decent and average sized with tables and chairs. No Wi-Fi is available unfortunately. Library is okay. Never experienced IT lab in my entirety of Diploma, though it does exist and is well maintained. The college doesn't provide any hostel services.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful, though many a times the amount of assignments and projects get overwhelming. You have to be in pace with the teachers. This course doesn't make you industry ready, you have to seek out the experience for yourself. The exams are average, they are not hard if you study with concentration in your classes.
Other: D.El.Ed prepares you for primary or secondary school teacher and offers job opportunities before you would graduate, assuming you're experienced. The amount of home work given in this course, I definitely feel, is something that SCERT should work on, it's just a fiesta of assignments and projects back to back which gets overwhelming very quickly. Weekly CCA activities like Poem recitation, Speech, etc. are conducted by the faculty to encourage students to step out of their comfort zone and explore their creativity in different areas. As for the crowd, it depends on your personality and where you fit in the spectrum, but I've seen some very bad students in my batch atleast. Our senior batches weren't great either.

Review of Bhavans Leelavati Munshi College of Education.
Placements: Above 60% students were placed in my college.
5 LPA was the highest package, the average is 2 LPA, and the lowest package is 1-2 LPA as offered by my college.
60% of students got internships from college.
In my course, private schools recruit students from the course.
Infrastructure: My college provides all facilities like a smart board, AC, lacs, big classes, and a large library in which approximately 60-70 students sit.
But the canteen food is not good; it has high prices.
Guard's behavior is not good with students.
Faculty: Our teachers quality is very good; very supportive teachers teach us everything.
The teaching quality of our teachers is excellent. They provide quality knowledge about all things. Average or normal difficulty is in this course.
My pass percentage in 1st year is approximately 64%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become an elementary school teacher.
Add more activities to this course.
All events are done at our college, with a very good and green surrounding, a quiet place, and scholarships are provided by the college..
