It is the best faculty members and a peaceful environment.
Placements: It is affiliated with Utkal University, Vani Vihar. It is a well recognised college in Bhubaneswar. Placements are not being offered by it since the semester model has been introduced in Bachelor in Science curriculum. If you are expecting placements after completing your course at this college, then it is not the right place for you.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is of average standard. There is no dedicated computer lab for students. So practicals that require a system are not done effectively. You will get the best demonstrators who have thorough knowledge about practicals and practicals related to various instruments and specimens are done one by one. The library of this college is not that large, but you can find a lot of books to study. Classrooms are classic and are the same as one can expect from a full-aided degree college.
Faculty: Faculty members are very passionate about their roles. I bet you will love how they will teach you. Many lecturers are UGC NET qualified. Most of the guest faculty members have good GATE scores. The course curriculum is in accordance with the syllabus proposed by Utkal University, which will make you familiar with all aspects of your subject. Semester exams are not hard to crack here as all topics are well explained by the faculty members. They are so generous that you can call them even at any time for your doubts. They revert within the same day to solve your doubts. The pass percentage is 35%, which can be easily achieved if you deeply analyse the previous three years' papers.
Other: I am a graduate in Physics with 85% in my subject. I have chosen this course here because I earlier got to know that I would study under such faculty members who will clear all of my doubts and make me analyse the topics as well. I have also studied in the same college to complete my higher secondary education. I suggest you if you are in search of a good environment without election hullabaloos and any type of disturbances with opportunities to excel under some talented people, then this college is value for money. If you want to study in a college which must look quite attractive from its buildings, then it might not fancy you. So choose according to your preference.
