Very good placement of this year.

Placements: The placement of CIPET is very good. All students of our batch are placed and got a nice job from CIPET. It is a good institution for the students as they can learn a number of skills in order to work in the industry. The placement is very good.

Best platform for engineering.

Placements: Approximately 60% marked students were placed in our college The average salary must be 30000-40000 in a month For placement Top recruiting companies are Reliance, Jindal, Toshiba, Tata. Etc. 90% students got internship/placement of our college in every year In our college top roles are very intelligent and friendly faculty members.

The college has good teachers, but placements are bad.

Placements: In our college, 40% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 50,000 per month. There was no top company use to visit our college and internship was not provided for students. The average salary offered was Rs. 60,000 per month in our college.

Review of Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good, especially for plastic engineering students. The average salary package offered is ranged between 2.4 LPA to 3.60 LPA, and this is what you can expect from CIPET. It's not that good for manufacturing. However, you will get good placements after getting your degree because you have a degree in mechanical and production.

It is a good place to get industrial exposure, but placements are not good.

Placements: Placements in the college are not good as very few companies visit the campus for recruitment and offer very low salary packages. When I was undergoing the B.Tech program in the plastic engineering department, the highest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.45 LPA. There is a placement cell, but they are not that efficient in inviting any companies for placements.

Except placements, everything is good in the college.

Placements: Placements of our senior batch were good with nearly 100% placements in very good companies. But placements of our batch were not up to that level. In 2015, 70% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 4.20 LPA, the lowest was 1.44 LPA, and the average was 2.50 LPA. Alpla, HatiPlast, Oriplast, Supreme and other MSMEs visited the campus for placements. Internships are not provided by the college. Usually, students arrange internships by themselves. Due to the government ...

Best college for those who want to pursue B.Tech in plastics technology.

Placements: Approximately 50% of students were placed with an average package of 1.80 LPA. Quality posts were offered to girls only and manufacturing or processing posts were open for boys only. The placement cell was very much incapable of inviting good companies. The highest package offered was approximately 4 LPA which was restricted only to the male candidates.

It is the platform for those who want to do something bigger with higher ambition.

Placements: The college provides good placements, but it depends on how you prepare and get ready for it because I am a final year student, I know the importance of it, honestly. Many companies come to our campus to offer placements.

CIPET: Building not just your career but your inner self.

Placements: Placements for our field are satisfactory in some of the centres of CIPET. Although in some centres students still face difficulty. Yet, the industrial exposure is very good and T&P cell is hardworking. Since plastics is a field which is spread in every dimension of our lives, thus we have companies from commodities to speciality demands.

Do not join this college if you want a good future.

Placements: - Only 12 students out of 60 in manufacturing got placed. - The average package was 10000/month. - The highest package was 2.4 lakhs/year. - Most companies are not offering engineer roles rather than operator and technician roles. - Very poor handling of placement activities.

Placements: Placement was okay. It could be better. They are providing jobs with salaries ranging from 8,000 to 20,000 per month. Students are getting placed in the field of production and marketing in the designations like graduate engineer trainee, marketing executive, quality control executive and machine operator. Some well-known companies like reliance petrochemicals, VKC and Pidilite came but they recruit only one.
