Dissatisfied because of lecture's and labs.

Placements: In 2019 50-60% are placed, but then after Placement improved. The highest package was 4lpa and the lowest was 2lap. Mostly cnc operator placements are there. No big company, small scale company, vender company comes for placements. Internship are good. Railway will not take internship for different branch. Other manufacturing company have no issue. Mostly placed as trainee or cnc operator.

Our institution is well-known in the polymer industry.

Placements: Our college won't give 100% placements. Academically good students with proper knowledge can get jobs. If you want to get a job, you need to be the best. Else you won't get a chance to join any job.

It is a good government college with lots of learning opportunities.

Placements: Around 60% of the eligible students got placed in various graduate engineer trainee and management trainee roles. Top recruiters were STFC Ltd, Alpla, Chiripal Polyfilms, Toshiba Machines, etc. The average salary package offered was 2.4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Students arranged all the internship opportunities from their end.

Students who want to pursue a PhD degree should definitely opt for this college.

Placements: Placements are very poor. The placement officer changes very frequently, and the companies that are invited are very few and offered an average salary of around Rs. 12,000 per month. Recruiters were mainly manufacturing-based companies. Usual roles offered were a trainee or temporary GETs. Internships were not provided by the college, and we had to search for it on our own.

Our college has good teachers, but we need more to cater to needs.

Placements: Maximum eligible students got placed. The salary offered varied from Rs. 20,000 to 40,000 per month. Toshiba and Reliance Petrochemical were the top recruiters for our course. Marketing executive and engineering executive are the top roles offered in our course. The salary package offered in our course varies from 3 LPA to 5.5 LPA. Internships are offered in companies like Indian Oil, Rourkela Steel Plant and Visakhapatnam Steel Plant.

Except placements, everything is good in the college.

Placements: Placements of our senior batch were good with nearly 100% placements in very good companies. But placements of our batch were not up to that level. In 2015, 70% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 4.20 LPA, the lowest was 1.44 LPA, and the average was 2.50 LPA. Alpla, HatiPlast, Oriplast, Supreme and other MSMEs visited the campus for placements. Internships are not provided by the college. Usually, students arrange internships by themselves. Best college for those who want to pursue B.Tech in plastics technology.

Placements: Approximately 50% of students were placed with an average package of 1.80 LPA. Quality posts were offered to girls only and manufacturing or processing posts were open for boys only. The placement cell was very much incapable of inviting good companies. The highest package offered was approximately 4 LPA which was restricted only to the male candidates.

CIPET: Building not just your career but your inner self.

Placements: Placements for our field are satisfactory in some of the centres of CIPET. Although in some centres students still face difficulty. Yet, the industrial exposure is very good and T&P cell is hardworking. Since plastics is a field which is spread in every dimension of our lives, thus we have companies from commodities to speciality demands.

The college is good to make your career in plastic industry.

Placements: The placement cell is very helpful even after completing engineering. The placement staff is so good and cooperative. The college has a good management team. After I completed my B.Tech, I got a job in the campus interview. All the people who go into the production industry and plastic industry can join this college.

Placements: CIPET is famous for his placement records in the field of plastic and manufacturing science and technology students as well as M.Sc. polymer and much more branches. It also conducts some skill development programme by our prime minister and does some short-term courses.

All the students got placements in good companies and in good positions. I suggest you to take admission in this college for your best career and for a better future.

The college is good for learning polymers in close but some faculty are not well experienced. Equipment and lab facility is very nice in the institute. Student friendly atmosphere is there. Cafeteria and student canteen is also nice. Hostel charges and fees structure is justified and worth it. Hostels are well furnished and equipped with gym and net facility.

Our college provides good faculty members, but it lacks smart classrooms.

Placements: Our college provides a few placements. Only 6-7 companies visit our college for placements, and that too recruit around 30 students. The average salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The job roles offered were trainees for a period of one year, and if the companies were satisfied with your performance, then you would be designated as an engineer on permanent payroll. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Our college does not provide an internship for students, and we struggle to find...

Our college has great placements and good and responsible teachers.

Placements: Placements are good enough in our college. In the previous batch, i.e., 2017 batch, all students got jobs in different plastic manufacturing companies. From 2018 batch, 70% of the students got jobs, and the placement process is going on. Initially, you get a salary of Rs-10,000-15,000 per month, and then after 1 or 2 years, it will be increased.
