Chaitanya Engineering College Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Visakhapatnam

Placements: In this college, below 100 students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA. Top recruiting company is Infosys. The internships and top roles are not very good in this category, and no internships, as well as quality education, are provided.

Placements: The training and placement cell is only for namesake. There is no placement assistance. Not even 10% pass out students are placed. The average salary for the placed students is 1.8 LPA. Local students try to get an internship from local industries with an influence of their own contacts(reference), and there is no help from college to get an internship. I don't prefer the students to join in this college.

Placements: As per our branch is concerned civil there are no placements. None of the companies has visited our campus. There is a placement cell in our college. They didn't find any placements for our branch civil. The college didn't offer any internship for the students.

Placements: No placements were held for our department compared to others (CSE, ECE). Local 1 or 2 companies will visit the campus and act more and finally selects 1 or 2 candidates. Selected candidates will not get any call letter from the companies till six months or an year. The college management will be collecting Rs. 10,000 from each student for placement assistance and class room training classes. These classes will be held in one week for four years of engineering. Infrastructure – The worst infrastructure available can be found in Chaitanya engineering college. If at all you do not have any other option then go for this college. Placements – In the case of placements, this college placed just 26 students out of 600 students and that too in an Off-campus placement. So you can understand how good this college is at placements. Placements: Our college is very poor in terms of placements. Even our college doesn't bother about placements, and its only main motto is to make students focus only on education where they are permitted to study the offered books prepared by the faculty members and don't get subject knowledge. Students need placements and placements training classes, but our college doesn't provide. We pay money of Rs. 2,500 every year as a placement training fee, but our college doesn't conduct classes one day also.
