Don't come here and try to get into another college.
Placements: Placements were good in the last 2 years but due to pandemic, the placement percentage went down. There are two reasons behind the low placements. The first of all pandemic and the other one is competitors like CU, AIHM, and CIHM because they sit with us during placement time. So, the placement percentage goes down every year. The highest salary offered will be around Rs.10000 to Rs.15000 per month. If you expect the highest salary offered to be around Rs.15000 to Rs.20000 or more than that, you have to crack the management training. Around 80% of our students got selected for internships but due to pandemic, the ratio has gone down. Some famous companies like Taj, JW Marriott, Lemon Tree, Hyatt Regency, and many more visit our campus.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of our college are not too good but okay because firstly, the area is less than my school and the other thing is it is not a good infrastructure according to me. The hostels are not good and the main thing is that the air-conditioner is not working properly in some areas like our theory rooms. The class benches are good but no Wi-Fi is available on campus. Some medical facilities are also available on campus. There is no game and no sports in the college. The canteen is average and the mess food is good, not too bad. On the first day, they will treat you like a god, and the other day, they will treat you like labor. You must remember it will cost you 3 years. So please don't come to this college.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good but not all of them. Some faculty members have good knowledge and some faculty members lack knowledge which is not good for us. The bad thing of this college is they teach us at the stage when the exams are on the way nearby two weeks for the exam and after that, they hope that we will get some good marks which is not possible. Exams are not tough if you study then it will be good. You can achieve a good mark but if you don't study then it will be difficult for you.

Faculty members are a little moderate.
Placements: Being a student at this college was a wonderful experience. The college provided education regarding the basics of the industry, and it also shaped us with a proper positive attitude towards the industry. About 60% of the students from our course get placed at least in one organisation. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tata Group, Oberoi Group, ITC and IHG visit our college for placements. Almost every student needs to go an internship at various 5-star properties so that they can manage to gain exposure to the business. Top roles, like management trainee, supervisor level training, etc., are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs are properly maintained with working instruments. Some classrooms are air-conditioned. The library is available with resources and guides. Quality of the food served in the mess and canteen are average. Ther is a doctor for students on the premises. Sports and games facilities are average.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were qualified and knowledgeable. Some teachers were helpful, and some were straight rude. Their teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is somewhat basic for students to understand about the food and hospitality industry.
Other: I have chosen this course because I was always fascinated by the idea of being surrounded by good food and a fun job to work in. The best thing about our course is I found attending the bakery classes.

Review of Institute of hotel management and catering technology .
Placements: There are many placement opportunities as many big and small companies come for recruiting in the college. I personally haven't gone for one as I am planning to gain further knowledge in this field and then, if possible, settle abroad only. According to me, I think 50% of students might get an internship from this course. TAJ, JW MARRIOT, etc. are the companies that give us a chance to shine in our course.
Infrastructure: There are water coolers available on the college campus in most of the corners. There is one library in the college that is filled with books from which we can gain knowledge about our courses. There are A.C. labs present in the college, but there's no Wi-Fi connectivity for us. There's mess and canteen and everybody gets to eat from mess freely. No sports in college.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and interactive in the class. Sometimes they ask if we don't answer them also. They are pretty polite and take care of every student in the class. Most of them have been in this college for a long period of time; that's why they are experienced and hence help us in our work. The course curriculum is very relevant to us, and it does make us industry-ready. If we study throughout the year, then the exams wouldn't be difficult to crack.
Other: As I wanted to go for hotel management line, that's why I chose this course for myself. There are annual events that happen on the college campus.

It is the best place to learn and make your future.
Placements: Almost 100% of the students from our course got placed. The average salary package offered was 2.4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Hyatt, Oberoi, Leela, Marriott, Holiday Inn, Reliance, Taj Group, ITC and Lemon Tree. Almost 100% of the students got internships. The top role offered in our course is a management trainee.
Infrastructure: All the labs are well-equipped in our college. The library is also available with a good collection of books. The equipment available in the kitchen is of the latest technology. The hostel is very clean and spacious. The food served is also good.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. All the teachers have practical knowledge of the industry. They are well educated and helpful, and practical classes conducted are very helpful. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready as the internship helps students to know about the industry better. Practicals conducted in the college also help them.
Other: The best thing about this course is you got to learn about the hotel industry in detail. National council should provide the degree rather than IGNOU degree. A lot of activities and events are organised here.

Best Faculty in a Hotel Management College.
Placements: Best hotel Chains like ITC, OBEROIS, TAJ, IHG, MARRIOT come for the final year placements even the college has tie up with various hotel chains for IT as well. Various retail companies like Bose, Reliance, IBM CONCENTRIX are also in the placement list. 100% placement was done in year 2017.
Infrastructure: Best quality infrastructure as compared to other hotel management colleges. With air conditioning facility in all the classrooms. Room size of the hostel are very good with very well ventilation system. 24 hours electricity back up with water supply.
Faculty: Professors were very helpful. This is one of the colleges that has its own hotel for the training purpose. Famous professors from all over the industry also come for guest lectures. As the college has less student intake thus giving high-quality of practical classes.

Really good faculty with bad infrastructure.
Placements: The percentage of placing students is 80% in my course, and the highest package is 5-6 lakh, while the lowest is 3-4 lakh. There are many five-star hotels to pick for jobs, and the percentage is 80-90% to get internships. Many roles like service, kitchen, and housekeeping jobs are offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too small, but the hostel is very good—clean and hygienic. The atmosphere in the hostel is nice, and there is a gym where students can go to maintain their health. However, the village color is very boring and is all red and white.
Faculty: The faculty is good if you are good with them; if you don't get along with them, you might fail in that subject. The teaching quality is good, and all the classrooms have AC and proper hygiene. The exam schedule is very bad; there are no holidays between exams.
Other: There are no extracurricular activities in my village other than sports day.
