Review of College of Engineering, Kallooppara.
Placements: 52% was the placement rate of the last year. IBM, IBS, Infosys, Microsoft, Cognizant, etc. were the top recruiting companies for the course. Most of the internships are offered at companies like Alibi Global, etc. Very good placements are offered. Most of the students got placements.
Infrastructure: Our course or department is provided with good infrastructure, trained faculty members, well-functioning and perfect-condition labs, good connection Wi-Fi, and a satisfying and extensive library. The hostel offers an adjustable environment and allows students to study in a peaceful environment. The canteen or the mess provides good, clean and healthy food with a different menu each day.
Faculty: Yes, our teachers are very helpful, knowledgeable and qualified. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant. And it also makes us students industry-ready. They are not that difficult, but they have standard difficulties. The pass percentage is mostly 60%-80%.
Other: I was actually interested in the computer field, and I thought this course was new and feel interesting. Events, fests, etc. are there but not that much.

The college is good for academics. Campus life is not of a high standard.
Placements: About 60% of students got placed in our college. TCS, Infosys, 6D Technology, Wipro, Technologies, etc. are the top recruiting companies for the course. Most perform internships at companies like Techmaghi, etc. Placements are good. An active placement cell is working in the college.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good infrastructure for our course or department. Well-conditioned labs, better Wi-Fi connection, and a valuable library consisting of all types of books related to the course and others are available. Even though the hostel is a little bit congested, the facilities are better. The mess and canteen are better.
Faculty: Faculty members are really supportive and free to ask doubts. This course curriculum is relevant. Many opportunities are given to students to prepare for the industry. About 80% of students cleared all papers. Semester exams are not at all simple but can score marks.
Other: I chose the course because I like to work in computer professions. College support for the curriculum, events, or fests is limited.

Good college with better infrastructure.
Placements: Some are placed in different companies and many others got internships. Companies like Tcs, infosys are attending for recruitments with a salary package of 3-6 Lacs. In my view I didnt SEE any big MNC's didnt come for students recruiting. So look wisely and choose.
Infrastructure: All types of infrastructures are available. Hostel facilities are also good. Lab facilities are also good. Iam a day scholar but in my friends opinion food in hostel are average. It will be very helpful if much more good facilities are provided. A proper ground for sports and games are not available in the college.
Faculty: Teaching quality is normal. Semester exams are really hard. No time is there for proper preparation. But the teaching faculty members should be appointed permanent other than guest lectures, then it would be more friendly for students to complete the course with much more ease.
Other: The course is really good.

A wonderful college with a lots of memories and a group of excellent students.
Placements: Most of the students in our college were placed in MNCs like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. Faculty members help students for getting placements. There is a separate wing for placements. They will conduct weekly placements classes for students. For example GK, GD, reasoning, etc.
Infrastructure: New buildings are available with multimedia design. All the labs and workshops are fully functional and well-equipped. Most of the labs have equipments for 1 to 1 experiments. The workshops also used for 2 to 1 or 1 to 1. There are separate hostels for girls and boys.
Faculty: All the faculty members are updated. All the teachers are very friendly with students and help students to solve technical as well as personal problems. Not only with the educational support they also help students with mental support. The curriculum is fully based on the exams and GK.

Review of College of Engineering, Kallooppara.
Placements: From the 6th semester onwards we are eligible for campus placements. Many top-notch companies like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc., offer placements in our college. The average salary package offered is around 2 LPA. In the previous year, around 40% of students got placed in campus recruitments.
Infrastructure: When we talk about infrastructure, the college provides all the basic infrastructure and facilities that usually have in a college. We cannot expect a campus and classroom like western universities but provides a clean and homely atmosphere. Our hostel provides almost all the facilities that a typical Indian hostel provides. Meals are not that much great, but the quantity and variety are appreciable. The registration process is at the college itself, and hotel fees are affordable than else ware so the fee for a month including food is around Rs. 2500.
Faculty: Faculty members at our college are much appreciable because they are the backbone of our college. They help and guide us with our projects and they stand with us at all hardship. They are very much approachable and willing to help us. Our college provides curriculum per as Kerala
Technological University which is relevant and future proof.
Other: In our college, there are mainly 3 events held, and they are annual fest and arts and sports. Beyond that, we also have a hackathon and tech summits by different communities both at the college and inter-college levels.

I am satisfied with the academics, but the facilities are average in this college.
Placements: More than 60 -70% of students get placed in top companies most of the time. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, etc., are some companies among the recruiters. Most of the time more than half of the students in each branch get internships with good stipends. Even if the internship is hard for students, teachers, and other facilities are always there to help. The lowest salary package offered in our course is Rs 50,000 per month.
Infrastructure: It provides free Wi-Fi to every student, but can't access it most of the time. The classrooms are excellent, but the hostel and other facilities are average. The laboratories are not that great it is old. I have also faced many issues. The sports and other activities are average not that great.
Faculty: Teachers are the main highlight of our college. They are helpful and most of all our principal is a very kind person, and is always open for our recommendations. In our opinion, the semester exams are tough, but it is not a big deal, all students can manage them easily. The teachers, faculty members, and the principal always share any new internships opportunities with students as soon as possible through the mail.
