According to Dr Manbir Singh, the managing director of the CT Group of Institutions, these gatherings benefit students by instilling a sense of community. According to Dr. Gurpreet Singh, director of campus, students must be given such venues to display their abilities. They will be able to realise their full potential as a result.
The development of students' logical reasoning and critical thinking, which can only happen through such events, is crucial for motivating them and encouraging them to express themselves effectively, according to Dr. Jasdeep Kaur Dhami, director of research and planning. Academic studies are a crucial component of academic success, according to Mr. Nittan Arora, the department head. CT Group Organises “The United World Fest”

May 30, 2023: CTIHM gave "Vasudhaiva Katumbakam" a heartfelt tribute during United World Fest.  Different attempts were made to depict the planet as one big, vibrant family. This festival was created to communicate the simple idea that despite the world's many castes and religions, we are all related and part of the same family. This festival featured ten different nations represented by CTIHM students: Zambia, Egypt, Norway, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, France, Bhutan, Italy, Indonesia, USA, and Switzerland. The CTIHM ended its annual international festival "United World Fest" with the utmost energy, spreading a sense of global unity among thousands of students. The international spirit, mutual understanding, and links of unity at CT Shahpur Campus were reinforced by this festival.

Students took in traditional dances and songs from several nations at one festival location while enjoying international cuisine at another. Monuments, archaeological artefacts, architectural designs, fauna, landscapes, geological supremacies, antique acquisitions, cultural and related art, and other dominances of other nations were all featured in special exhibitions. The festival was illuminated with exhibits on female leaders, patriots, saints, athletes, and their internationally known beliefs. Another significant draw was various international dance styles. Students from Bhutan performed fan, dragon, and lantern dances; students from Egypt displayed pyramids and mummies; Zambians performed Zambian dance; students from Italy mesmerised audiences with Wine Cellar and Italian Metro station; students from Dubai enthralled audiences with Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Dessert Safari, and Palm Island; in contrast, students from Indonesia presented Volcano; and students from Singapore presented Marina Bay Hotel. They also enjoyed dim sum, noodles from Bhutan, mozzarella pops from Italy, creamy wonderful spaghetti, virgin lime cocktails, grilled cheese bruschetta, and many other goodies.

Awarding the participating international students and students of CTIHM, Chairman of CT Group S. Charanjit Singh Channi expressed: “International celebrations teach us emphatically what oneness, friendship, peaceful existence and bonds of togetherness are to exist peacefully in this world. This all can be well understood by working closely and together. I am happy to note that faculty members and students worked together day and night for one another’s country.” Appreciating the students and faculty members Dr. Manbir Singh, Managing Director of CT Group said “Such co-activities are real studies towards life and humanity. No doubt we all have a distinct identity, however, we all belong to a universal family.” Dr Gurpreet Singh Sidhu, Director of CT Group thanked the management of CT Group, faculty members, and students. He added, "This event was not possible without team efforts and I acknowledge my team for staying united and motivated.

Well, it's really good, and placements are also very good compared to other colleges.

Placements: Well, placement here is good compared to any private engineering college. Almost 70% of students are placed with a good salary package. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA - 6 LPA. Almost all big companies come to provide good job opportunities here.

Overall, the college is wonderful.

Placements: 90% of the students were placed in this course. The highest package was around 9 LPA, and the lowest one was about 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Tommy, Reliance, and Coca-Cola. About 95% of students get internships. The roles differ; some students were posted in administrative positions, while others were selected for management teams.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty, placements and lack of opportunities in the college.

Placements: We do not get many placements; we search for our own for internships and jobs, and the companies they choose for placements are average. Only 20% of students got placed until the college started. Students have to suffer for the internships and jobs; there have been no placement events for our course in 3 years.

University life with CT group.

Placements: The Pharm.D course is one of the new and valuable courses in the pharmacy stream. Almost 70–80% of students get placed through the college. Approximately 30–40 lacs per annum is offered as the highest package and approximately 5 lacs as the lowest. And almost 4 lacs per year is the average package. Trending companies like Sun Pharma, Cipla, and Dr. Reddy's offer internships and jobs for students. The college also has tie-ups with Punjab's trending hospitals like NHS Hospital and Shrimann Hospita...

Our college provides a good experience.

Placements: Around 73 %out of 60 students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.6 LPA. It depends on companies whether they are top or not. The main recruiting team consists of our institution's group, the admin team, and additional members from the government and Naukri.com. In the 6th semester, it is mandatory to do internship programs. Around 80% of students got internships. The roles offered are technical recruiter, web developer, f...

It's really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: There is placement information sent to our WhatsApp group, and it depends on you to apply or not. There are no internships in our course. In B.Sc. Medical Lab Science, there is no placement, but they provide us with applications for training three months after the end of the course.
