The review of CT Group of Institutions.

Placements: There is a minimum of 60% required for taking admission in the CT Group of Institutions. They offer packages ranging from 2.3 to 12 LPA during placements. Most recruiting companies come from Jalandhar and Chandigarh, with some from Delhi. The percentage of student placements is around 20%.

Placements: Approximately 80% percent students placed in college by mass recruiter companies with average package of 4-5 Lacs. The highest package is offered by companies is 14 Lacs. Top recruiting companies like o7 sol, jaro education, ibm, tcs, byjus etc. Every student got internship from my course in above mentioned companies. Mainly the work is software develepor.

CT, Shahpur in brief. All the goods and bads.

Placements: Nothing really exciting, no good company in my year. Maybe this is because of the covid situation. But yes had to go for outside placement options. Or it could also be because of my stream. CSE people did find great options for working right from the college.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Total 30 percent of students were placed in my batch. The highest package offered to the student was 8 lacs and minimum was 2.5 lacs. Most of the students from MBA and BBA courses were placed in the banking sectors like hdfc or axis bank. Very less for B.tech.

Our college provides good infrastructure and support for students who have good talents and skills.

Placements: Most of the recruiters hire students for software/IT job roles. So, students should be proficient in coding basics and should learn one software language at least to get good job offers. Teachers are well qualified and helpful. Most of the placements were available for the CSE department, and then for IT and ECE. For mechanical and civil branches also, placements were fine.

Nice college but have very strict rules to follow.

Placements: About 70% of the students in MBA got the placements, during my session the highest package offered is 7.5 lacs by Jaro education and an average package ranging from 2 lacs to 5 lacs normally. For the placements, different companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys, Tommy Hilfiger, Tata, HP have visited so far. In my course the percent of internships is very low, just 10% of students got internships from the companies, and companies mainly recruit for the junior posts only.

Faculty are a great source of knowledge and are very supportive.

Placements: Around 60 to 70% of students placed from here. The highest package is around 9 Lacs per annum and the average package is 4.5 Lacs per annum. Hike education, ITC, decathlon these companies come here for placement drive and many more. Around 60% of students got their internships in various companies due to COVID 19 invited my companies to provide online internship. Hotel Management, Engineering, Management, Architecture, are the best course from here.

A brief overview of CTIEMT.

Placements: The college has tie-ups with some companies in placements, but I think the pay scale offer by them was not as useful as it should be. Most of the students will be recruited for companies situated in south India. If anyone has the knowledge, then the percentage doesn't matter a lot for the companies, but still, I can say 50 to 60% is a par standard over there.

Our college is good but there is always need of improvement.

Placements: Our college calls many companies for placements. Those companies organise many interviews rounds like aptitude test, GD round and personal interview. Our college prepares us for these rounds. They took aptitude and PDP classes. Our college also organises interviews in Mohali named Impanema etc. I think 85-95 percent get the placements from our college. One of the students got 8 lakhs per annum of the package last year. The lowest salary is 2.40 lakhs per annum. The company which visited our coll...

Satisfied with the facilities.

Placements: The placements were just average. I am a pre-final year student, and no internship placements have started yet. About 60-70% students were placed. The highest salary package being Rs. 8.85LPA and the lowest being Rs. 3 LPA. Mostly Chandigarh based IT companies visit here, including some startups. Companies like Impinge Solutions, Clicklabs, Tally are major recruiters. Very few students got an internship from college side, and we've to go for open campus placements for placements drives. The aver...

Good infrastructure as well as good faculty.

Placements: The placements are done but not at all with a good package. Randomly, the salary is given to an engineer. The maximum is of Rs20,000, not more than that. Only a few students are there who got placed in a good company with a good package. Companies from Chandigarh and Delhi only come to take the students, but many of the students are not qualified for the interview round also.

Great college but still you need skills to get placed. Placement is not about college its about you.

Placements: A couple of companies will come to the college for recruitment. You should have some skills. Your aptitude should be strong. Communication should be good as well. Don't expect MNC from this college. The companies will offer moderate package. This is all if you go for ECE or CSE stream.

It’s very good for B.Tech and Hotel Management course. It has a very good environment and excellent infrastructure. You all will like it. Hostel facilities are also available. We have a big ground for playing cricket and a separate ground for girls too. Every festival is celebrated here.

Good college. Good discipline. Good chances of placements for hard working students. Good fellow students. Teachers are very good and very understandable. But there is a need for improvement in the companies that visit for campus placements. Anyone looking for a good college can join this college, as it is worth the fees you are paying.
