If you need pace in college, then come here.
Placements: There is no placement in a college because it's like this is a preparatory college, and I was with it because I was preparing for banking, that's why. But if you want to get placement in a college, then take admission in a university, because universities provide placement without any discrimination.
Infrastructure: I think college is very cool and very positive because, you know, college was built up a long time ago, but it's very pretty cool and in every department, they have separate labs and classrooms and smart classes. And timely they organize sports and entertainment.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful to me, and I am glad that I studied here. And the exams were easy, and teachers help in exams. And the passing marks in the exam are 33, but I suggest that you don't focus on passing marks. Because exams are easy, so try to get at least 5 CGPA.
Other: I wish they would ease the process of admission because it's very hectic. Be attentive when filling admissions forms or any form. This college is because of our Prime Minister, and so many people take admission here.

My college is lovely. Good infrastructure and facilities are there.
Placements: 67% of students were placed at my college. The highest package in my college is INR 200000. The students who passed out at 85% got an internship from our courses. There is a chance for many other opportunities. The top recruiting companies are Google and ZS Association.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good at our college. And there is a huge library at my college. Classrooms are good, labs are neat and clean, and the department is good. There are good sports facilities in our college, and there is an opportunity in sports; they provide us with sports scholarships when the students are competing at a national level.
Faculty: The teaching quality of our teachers is helpful in the studies of the students. Yes, this is making the students industry-ready. The passing percentage of my college is 49%. The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. The semester exam at our college is very easy.

Good faculty, bad placement and average infrastructure.
Placements: There are not as many placements in this college as it is a government off-campus college, but it gives us excessive time so we can learn different skills and work on them. While working with various skills, as there is not such a case of attendance in this college, I can say from my seniors that they got settled in outside placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is great, and people are happy with it. However, as it was made in the period, it is too outdated and of no other use. We can also say from the hostel, as known from my friends who live in the hostel, the facility is also good over here, as a person can live comfortably in these hostels at the lowest rate.
Faculty: As for faculty, as all are government teachers, so they are all the best in their field and can teach complex topics with ease. That is good for us, and from my experience, the faculty over here is also great, and they will help you in everything.
Other: The college is good if you want to prepare for any other exam.

It is an excellent college for its fee structure, but placements are quite low.
Placements: In our college, almost 80% of students were placed. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, etc., visited our campus. Almost 50% of students got internships at Infosys and HCL. You could go for software engineering, database administration, and other technical and non-technical job fields.
Infrastructure: A library was available. There were computer labs and smart classes. There was no restriction on attending classes regularly. The college had a ground for physical activities. Sports competitions were organised.
Faculty: Our teachers were well-experienced and helpful. The college was affiliated with Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur. You would have enough time to prepare for your semester exams. IT exams were held annually. Our college had experienced teachers,
Other: This course is appropriate for students who want to work in the IT industry.

Honest review of dav college .
Placements: Yes, I have seen couple of good companies came for college placement since it is not engineering college hence no big IT company offer jobs, however I have seen good BPOs from Delhi used to come for placement. No they do not provide internship but there are various seminars in which you can take part and will provide a certificate for that particular seminar that certificate is worth if you can utilise it for internship from outside sources. The highest package is 19 LPA and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. Average package is 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Faculty is very good very talented and hugely qualified even they are more knowledgeable than faculty of famous colleges like ppn, bnsd etc. But due to lack of students dedication and interest, their knowledge has no use at all. But if you want to rent a room there are many rooms available near our college and in a very cheap prize. There is no canteen, medical room and not any sports or games for normal students. All our college needs are sources because if you are not from a good background and family, it does not help you at all. The conditions of the labs are very bad and there are old instruments.
Faculty: There is a very good faculty and student ratio. All faculty members are well educated all teachers and professors and the teaching method is excellent. College conduct many exams like SESSIONAL, CT, PUT if you give all exams and score good marks in that you definitely get good percentage in board exam. University exam was conducted within 4 to 5 months. If you prepare well you definitely score good percentage in board exam.
Other: I chose this course because I want to do graduation and I am a commerce side student form class 11th. Dav College is the best college of Kanpur. It is good as the professors focuses on the development of the students n they help them to reach there targets. The annual fest is held at the end of the year in December last weeks. There is a huge library and so many books all types of courses. Classrooms is very neat and clean there is a personal seat per student. There are also many games activities likes chess, cricket, and many more games. A group named " CHHATRA YUVA SANGHARSH SAMITI" is run by students.

Really good college in terms of feels.
Placements: They provide placement only in professional courses, literally only 20-30% of the students got placed in their placement programs. In M.Com, they don't provide any kind of placement; they provide placement only in professional courses. As I mentioned, for M.Com, they don't provide placement.
Infrastructure: If I talk about infrastructure, the college is very old and big. It usually has a very vast area for study and different activities, but when it comes to maintenance, it is below average. No proper facilities, furniture, and cleaning. DAV college doesn't provide hostel facilities, but they have good sports and games facilities for students.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified. They guide you according to your subject matter if you are interested. The teaching quality is also good. Yes, the course curriculum is provided by Kanpur University, which is followed according to the college. If students attend proper classes, they make students industry-ready. The semester exams are based on Kanpur University and follow the instructions accordingly. There is nothing special about the exams, but they take exams seriously.
Other: I want a Master's degree because I have to join the teaching profession. That's why I chose the M.Com course. Improvement is needed in their placement programs, and staff should be soft-spoken. A few events took place, like the annual function and many other festivals. The campus surrounding area was clean and enjoyable. Yes, they provide scholarship facilities for every course. Extracurricular activities also take place if students are interested.
