Overall, a nice college if you are sincere in your studies on your own.

Placements: Placements are average, but if you are good in your academics and learn the required skills, then you will grab a very good package, especially for CSE branch students. You will be getting so many opportunities from college. Our startup cell is so active that if you are genuinely interested in your ideas, the government will definitely support you, and the medium is provided by the college.

Review of my college in my words.

Placements: With an annual package of 3 LPA, our college attracts visits from the best multinational companies like Tata Consultancy Services, HCL, Wipro, and many others. In our college, about 50 percent of students got internships from many companies. Some internships are private, and some are public.

It is a good college other than NITs.

Placements: Placement scenario in our college is not good. Most of our batch students got offers in at least one MNC in which most of them were off-campus. Some CSE students bagged more than one offer from companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and other startups.

I am dissatisfied by college infrastructure but good placement and very good faculty members.

Placements: About 50% of students are placed in our B.Tech course. The highest salary package offered in our college is 15 LPA, the lowest salary package offered in our college is 2.25 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. TCS, Wipro, HCL, etc., are the top recruiters. There are more than 40% of students who got internships at Cisco. Cisco is the top role offered in our course.

I am satisfied because the government college in Bihar is really doing well.

Placements: Almost 80% to 90% of those in computer science and engineering got placed, as well as the same result in electrical and electronics engineering. But for mechanical and civil engineering, placements are too poor to get a job. Infosys, Wipro, and TCS were the top recruiting companies in the last three years. Civil and mechanical engineering students prepare for GATE and ESE here. The highest salary package offered by TCS to a CS student last year was 13 LPA, and the average was 4 LPA to 5 LPA.

DCE, Darbhanga, is better than other engineering colleges in Bihar.

Placements: DCE, Darbhanga is ESTD in 2008. This is a better college according to other engineering colleges in Bihar. Four courses are available in our college, CSE, EEE, ME, and CE. The placements are better than other colleges. The highest package is 15 LPA.

The college fee is very low.

Placements: If you want to take admission in DCE for placements, the placements are not good. I am currently in 2nd year. Some of our seniors got placed via off-campus with a package above 10 LPA. Some seniors got placed via on-campus with an average salary package 4 LPA.

I'll give a 3.5 rating to our college because of its infrastructure for extracurricular activities.

Placements: It is a state government-owned college, and it has an average placement rate according to the previous batch. Nearly about 20%-30% of the students got placed in different companies. The average salary package offered to students who got placed is nearly about 3 LPA.

Going to be the top engineering college in Bihar in future and provides a lot of opportunities.

Placements: Very few students (say around 20%) get campus placements from our college. But if you study hard and smart, you can crack off-campus placement interviews apart from few companies which visit our college. Recently, a student got a package of 15 LPA while the average package is around 3-4 LPA. Cisco, Pie Infocomm and Grifeo Technology are some top recruiting companies. Students also get internships from different companies registered on LinkedIn in the field of web development, android app develop...

Our college is best for the value of money. It provided the best placements in the year 2015.

Placements: In Bihar, the number of companies available is less. So, some of the companies visit our college for placements. In the year 2020, students got placed in Infosys. Placements are average here, and in Bihar, placements are not very good. However, if you have luck, you can get placed in the best company. So, I suggest you not to take admission here if you want placements.

I am highly satisfied with the college because it would be good in the coming days.

Placements: Placements in this college are not good. Our college is affiliated to AKU, so we all have to go to the university for placements. However, all the students didn't get placements.

Civil Engineering of Darbhanga College of Engineering.

Placements: Placement is average in the college. Some companies come for the placement in the college. Mainly students are supposed to try by own for the placement. Below 50% students were placed in my batch and same was the case with senior one. There is a placement team in the college.

There are good faculty members for your best future.

Placements: According to the information given by our seniors, placements have not been good since last five years. But our principal informed the students that placements would be starting very soon. IIT Kanpur provides a platform for the students to do internships in any domain of engineering. Our college is helping the students to learn something new.
