Don Bosco School of Management popularly known as DBSOM is a management institute. It is a self-financed private institute in Bengaluru. It offers management and postgraduate programmes affiliated to International Universities. DBSOM is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), UGC, and BU. DBSOM has also signed MOUs with internationally and globally recognised universities such as FOM, FIBAA, Frankfurt School, and various other international autonomous bodies to offer programmes.
DBSOM has highly experienced 15 permanent faculty members, including both Industry Experts and Academic Experts. The teaching method includes case-based study, learning projects, public speaking, interactive sessions, and so on. DBSOM offers five postgraduate programmes, namely MSc in Big Data & Analytics, PGDM in Big Data & Analytics, PGDM-(AICTE approved), Master in Fashion Management (MFM), and PGDM+ Masters in Finance. Admission to all the programmes offered at DBSOM Bengaluru is merit-based
- Candidates need to undergo the online written test followed by a Personal Interview (PI) for the final selection of PGDM programmes
- The school also conducts industrial visits during the academic year of PGDM programmes
- Candidates can apply either in April/May or October/November session every year
- The seat intake for the programmes is in the range of 40-60 per batch
- Candidates seeking admission to MSc in Big Data & Analytics will study the first year at DBSOM Bengaluru, the second year in FOM University campus in Essen, Germany
- Candidates applying to MFM programme will study the first two semesters in India and the latter semesters in Rome, Italy
- DBSOM offers PGDM + Certified Expert in Development Finance (CEDevFin) and PGDM + Master of Leadership in Development Finance (MLDF) for two years tenure, including a month in Frankfurt School, Germany.
