Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2023

Dissatisfied because of no placements for the batch of 2019-23. Pathetic behaviour of admin cell.
Placements: I’m from the batch 2019-23 B.Pharma. None of my batch mates ot my seniors got placed in any of the pharmaceutical companies. There is a placements department just for the name sake. After passing out, the faculty just forwards job links and walk-in addresses on the WhatsApp group. They provided an industrial training of just one day. They took an amount from students and gave internship experience certificates. Do not expect any job assistance or placements from Deccan School of Pharmacy.
Infrastructure: As it is a campus situated near a political party’s headquarter, there is no canteen, no play area or play courts. Everyday there’s a chaos for vehicle parking. No student is allowed to stand or roam around in the ground. The college building is spacious no doubt. But all the classrooms and labs are on the side of the busy main road which is full of traffic buzz and honking noise. You will find it difficult to hear what the faculty is teaching or saying. The classrooms are dull and low lighted. Wi-Fi is available in the library. The Library is vast and spacious. There is no hostel facility and no lift for the students. The college has no medical facility, sports or games in the campus. Sports week and annual day are held in Owaisi Hospital and Research Centre’s campus. No inter-college competitions are held.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified no doubt, but the entire syllabus will not be taught by the faculty. Half of the chapters are asked to be learned by the students on their own. They teach only through internet copied slides which does not help the students become industry ready. Illegal additional semester exams fee is forcefully collected from the students every semester.
Other: I chose this course and the college just by hearing about this college from my friends and relatives which is a serious blunder I committed. The college should improve it’s infrastructure by building shades, planting trees and creating a play area in the ground. They must arrange a students canteen and bring the University vibes. The teachers should have manners while dealing with the administration staff, especially Mr Habeeb. Order the non teaching staff and office clerks to stay confined with their own duties. They must not indulge or interfere in the student matters. The college should arrange cultural fests, campus placements and internships.

I like its infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: I am still studying here, so I don't know more about placements. Our seniors told us that the average salary offered in our course was Rs. 75,000 per month. This depends on your marks and hard work. We are mostly asked to go for higher studies for better opportunities.
Infrastructure: Our campus is huge and spacious. The ground floor and 1st floor of our building belong to hospital management, and the remaining 5 floors belong to the pharmacy. The third floor is filled with functioning labs. We have a library on the 5th floor, which contains all the books related to pharmacy.
Faculty: Faculty members are talented, amazing, and humble. They teach in a professional manner and maintain strict discipline on campus. They are serious regarding our studies. The curriculum is evenly divided, and studying 2.5 chapters in three months is fairly doable for every student.
Other: Extracurricular activities should be improved. We have a sports week and an annual day.
