Delhi Technological University, University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME) Review.
Placements: Talking about the placements in DTU University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME), last year the highest placement was somewhere around 24 LPA, and talking about the median packages, it was around 8-11 LPA for the year 2023-24. There is a dedicated cell in our college that works for the placement cell, and talking about the alumni network, there is a society in the college that has connections with all of the alumni.
Infrastructure: So, about the course, our college offers various courses like BAE (Bachelors in Economics Honours), BBA MAE, MBA, and Ph.D. in various disciplines. There is proper facility for Wi-Fi all over the campus, and students can easily access the Wi-Fi. We also have fully air-conditioned classes and two computer labs, each with a 40-student capacity. There is also a library for the students, and they can issue books from there.
Faculty: Most of the teachers have 20+ years of experience, and some of them even have 45+ years of teaching experience. Our course curriculum is an updated one, and it totally works on the New Education Policy (NEP), where we have 4 years of Honours Degree Course.
Other: The college provides a great campus life experience and has a good campus environment. Students can get admitted here through CUET score basis. Talking about fests, we have to go to the main campus for attending the fests; DTU's fest is famous all over Delhi. The hostel facility is also available at the main campus.

Overall, it is good, but I genuinely have concerns.
Placements: Placements are decent, as long as students have some soft and hard skills. College overall is good, and faculty members are also good. The highest salary package offered by the college is approximately 7 LPA-8 LPA. The roles offered include audit, consulting, etc. Overall, it's okay.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, etc., are all good on the campus. Buildings are also fully air-conditioned, and the campus is hygienic. There are two canteens in the college one is a Nescafe and the other is a government canteen. Sports facilities are also good.
Faculty: All faculty members are highly qualified, which is a good thing about this college. They are knowledgeable. The curriculum is slightly different from DU, but not by much. Exams are a little tough, but they do not overwhelm the students.

    DTU also have B.A. courses.
Placements: From our senior batch, about 75 to 80 % of the students were placed. Taking into consideration the recession that happened this year, there were opportunities provided for internships through an internship fair. Also, the average package in DTU was between 8 and 12 LPA; the highest went up to 35 LPA, and the lowest was between 5 and 6 LPA. Roles in different sectors, like finance, business management, and data analysis, were common.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent as compared to the main campus and only 4 courses are present on the east campus of DTU: B.A. economics honors, M.A. economics honors, BBA, and MBA. Faculty members are very cooperative and are among the best and they are up-to-date in teaching as our exam system is a bit different from that of DU, which I personally feel is very comfortable for the students to cope with. A new cafeteria has been opened, which serves average food as it is new and was also opened just a day or two prior to the summer internship break.
Faculty: The pass percentage per semester is 35%, and yes, the course is curriculum-related as the syllabus does not differ much from DU or any other colleges. Teachers are well-versed and have graduated from well-known universities themselves.
Other: The campus crowd is decent as we have two campuses, so both have their own farewells, freshers, but at the main fests, which have a great deal of footwork, events take place for internships, sports, and scholarships.

DTU USME is a great college for management courses, with relevant subjects and helpful faculty.
Placements: Students were placed into well-known and renowned companies such as Wipro, Google, etc., with the latest average of packages up to 8-9 LPA. The placement fair at DTU is good enough to place you into a decent company if you have enough on your resume! Good, well-known companies are brought in by the placement committee during the placement period.
Infrastructure: Clean washrooms, air conditioning, and heaters in classrooms for both winters and summers. Lifts accessible to students, and a decent building infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available at all times, and computer labs have functional desktops. Volleyball court and medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Great teachers are helpful and provide extra sessions. Tutorial classes for small groups of students are held from every class. The difficulty level of semester exams depends upon the faculty but is generally average. The pass percentage is around 35%. Courses are relevant to the subject matter.

    Overall a good institution.
Placements: The placement cell is active and works hard to bring top companies to the campus. Regular workshops and training sessions on resume writing, interview skills, and aptitude tests are conducted. There are ample internship opportunities which often lead to pre-placement offers. Companies visiting for placements include top MNCs and startups, providing a variety of job profiles and good salary packages.
Infrastructure: Modern classrooms equipped with smart boards and well-maintained laboratories with the latest equipment enhance the learning process. The library has a good collection of books, journals, and online resources. It's a quiet place conducive for studying and research work.
Faculty: The undergraduate programs offered are well-structured and up-to-date with industry standards. The focus on both theoretical knowledge and practical application helps in building a strong foundation in engineering and technology. Professors are knowledgeable and approachable. They are supportive in clearing doubts and providing guidance for both academics and career prospects. Guest lectures and seminars by industry experts are common, adding value to the learning experience.
Other: Quality education with a balance of theory and practical learning. Supportive and knowledgeable faculty. Good placement opportunities and industry connections. Vibrant campus life with diverse extracurricular activities. Although some students feel the campus infrastructure, though good, could be expanded. The campus size is smaller compared to the main DTU campus.

Honest review of DTU (usme) by a 1st year student.
Placements: As my course was offered just 2 years ago, there is no data available about placement. We have to maintain an 8.5 CGPA to sit in placement. However, there are plenty of internship opportunities, which means college management is serious about student placement.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi, labs, a library, as well as fully air-conditioned classrooms for the B.A. Economics courses. There is no facility for a hostel; however, PGs are available at walking distance with all basic amenities like Wi-Fi, food, etc. There is a canteen as well as sports courts like a volleyball court and basketball courts.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified as well as knowledgeable and approachable. The teaching quality is good. The course is industry relevant with a good blend of theory and practical knowledge. The semester exams are moderately difficult and the passing percentage is 35%.
