Happy with placement, strict faculty, and loving friends.
Placements: The computer department is at the top of the list. Placement is of 3 types. The first type is mass recruiters like TCS, Capgemini, and Cognizant, who hire students at 3.5 lacs. The second is that good companies like Unicorn AI, Reliance Jio, Aloha, IBM, and Hexaware hire students with a 4-5 lac package. And third is pass out with internship information origin; most internship stipends are 15,000 rupees monthly. The top role is data scientist, AI-developer, etc.
Infrastructure: College is strict; no one enters without an ID card. Ecofest is a cultural event that colleges conduct every year. A big library is available with study material for semester and a lot of material like poetry, health & wellness, and general knowledge books is also available. Yearly sports day, NCC, bluecross, and clubhouse events are organized. The computer lab has all the software for 2 hours of practical sessions per day. The college provides students with a gym, basketball court, badminton and tennis courts, and an indoor playground.
Faculty: Teachers are too strict. 75% attendance should be strictly maintained; otherwise, you will face a lot of trouble. The canteen is bad; sometimes they provide rotten vegetables. For everything, we need the permission of teachers. As far as I know, colleges are incorporating AI and ML into their curriculum, which is currently popular. They are very innovative and try to bring new technologies into the curriculum. The semester is very good for passing; 94% of students who opt for courses successfully pass.
Other: The canteen issue needs to be solved. I chose college because it is one of the best-known colleges in Chennai and my brother is also an alumni of the college. I got positive reviews from him.

My short review about my college DGVC.
Placements: I passed out in the year 2021. There were 20% students who got placed. Package offered was from INR 4.5 to 6 LPA. Companies like L&T, infotech, openwave, HCL are the top recruiting companies. Most of the roles offered were of trainee, software engineer, tester. There were multiple rounds i.e 3 to 5 and number of job vacancies were less.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were cleanly maintained. I was in the evening college, so many students stayed in college hostels. Canteen facility is available and are okay.
Facilities are good enough. Wi-Fi facility is available. Lab, library, sports ground are well maintained.
Faculty: Faculty members are well educated. Some teachers are alumni of the same college. Overall teaching was good except for one or two teachers. Teachers are friendly. Semester paper is relevant to curriculum and semester exams are easy . Passing percentage was above 95%.
Other: MCA course was good. I am expecting more companies to participate in the upcoming placements. They conduct events regularly like intercollege event, sports day, etc.

I love my lovely university.
Placements: Our university is really good. Around 65% of students get placed in many companies and business platforms. Their packages start from approximately 2.4 LPA. Internships are available, but only for those students who pass exams.
Infrastructure: They give us very clean hostels for boys and girls. Our canteen food is very delicious. I love it. Other facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, a playground, a gym, and a sports club are very satisfying and interesting. They provide medical facilities for us.
Faculty: Our university teachers are very helpful. Basically, they all are very knowledgeable and very qualified. Their teaching processes are very satisfying and easy to learn for us. All exams are hard, so semester exams are also the same. We have to gain knowledge properly.
