The college is good for studying but as per enjoying, it is not good.

Placements: The placements were not good. Only 50 percent students were selected. The average salary was about 2.4 lakhs. The highest was around 3.5 lpa. The kind of companies that came was mostly the BPO type. The internship rate was not good.

If you want to be an event organizer, a photographer, a singer or a dancer, this is a place to be.

Placements: Placements are not as per expectations from this college. The highest package offered to my batch was 1.14 lakhs per annum, and indeed it was the only package offered, as only one company visited the campus for placement. Only 4 people were selected from a batch of 120, hence the placement percentage is 3%. Those four brilliant folks have to work in a foundry, which has an adverse environment. No internships were offered to mechanical batch, hence no chance stands for a stipend. There were no pl...

A decent college for average students.

Placements: The placements are below average. Very few placements. Less than 40% students got an internship. Not many companies visited during my session. The salary offered was slightly on a lower side. Very few got placed in the senior batch.

Poor placements. Good infrastructure.

Placements: It was really a poor experience for our batch that we had to face a lot of problems regarding our job as there was no support from the college management. Students got jobs on their own, either it was through the pool campus or through some consultancies.

Life at Echelon- Come and try yourself.

Placements: Talking about the placement cell of Echelon, it is not that good for mechanical & civil engineers but a great scope for electric & computer science engineering. The college doesn't spend much on placement but spends on other activities like college fest, college promotions, etc.

Not a very good college to join.

Placements: Very poor. No placement at all. No opportunities also from the college's side. It would be great if you are not looking for placements from the college and can handle it on your own from off-campus placements. Especially the mechanical engineering placements are the worst. It is difficult to find from off-campus as well.

Disciplined institute for becoming a graduate.

Placements: No placement from the college but we used to go to other colleges to appear in their placement drive. Off-campus placements are pretty good. You get to sit for MNCs like LnT, Infosys, Wipro, etc. I too was placed in Aon Hewitt. PIET in Panipat, Haryana was one of the main colleges for off-campus placements.

Honest review of my college.

Placements: The placements were average, many were placed in good companies and many were not and many are still struggling to get a job. Approximately 60% students got placed (not sure, just an idea). The lowest can be none as they want you as an intern and won't even pay you. I was offered 5,000 per month by Anhad Edutrain Solutions Pvt Ltd as an intern, that was my lowest. Mostly, companies were BPOs and KPOs, there were only one or two core technical companies that visited the campus. Mostly, roles o...

IITs , NITs, government colleges should be on priority than EIT (Echelon Institute of Technology).

Placements: The placement is almost about 40 percent. You need to be capable of cracking the interview. There will be enough opportunities to face the interview but your calibre of cracking the interview is more important. The percentage doesn't do much, your knowledge matters. The salary prospectus was about 2 to 4.5 lacs per annum. The companies which visited: Genpact, skN Designs, VNG Automobiles, JBM and much more. Most companies offer engineering jobs, but for those who have good communication skills,...

A college which is best for studies to get a better future.

Placements: Placement in our college is good and increasing batch by batch. 75% of students who got placed were placed from our college. The highest salary offered is 15000/- per month. The lowest salary offered is 7500/- per month. The average salary offered is 11000/-. Companies like Arihant, Genpact, Omsoft, Woxa etc visited our campus. Most of the companies come for BPO and BPM but some of the companies come for the core department of developing. 80% of students got internships from our college. The sti...

The institute has highly qualified pool of faculty members drawn from academia and industry. Around 40% of teachers are PhD's. Academic advisory Board consists of PhD's and IITians. The classrooms are well equipped with air conditioners which are well maintained and in good condition. Scholarships are being provided to freshers up to Rs. 1,50,000 and awards to the university and institute and rank holders. Special scholarships are being provided to girls who score above 80% in 10+2. But the host...

There are around 14 clubs in the college which includes computer labs, robotics club, cultural club (dance, music, Theater), sports club etc. Blood Donation Camps are being organized every year in the month of February or November. Highly reputed firms do not come for placements because of that students opt for off campus drives.

There are around 10 labs in the computer department - programming lab, multimedia lab, DBMS lab, Advance java lab equipped with HP desktops with software like C++, JAVA, visual studio, red hat Linux, oracle 10g. The library has more than 18,000 books from different streams. But the problem is that the canteen does not have proper seating arrangements for the students.

Echelon Institute of Technology teach the students about life skills and communication which teaches them how to impress oneself in the corporate world. The main drawback for the students is the location of the institute as it is located far away from the city which in turn restrict the students from enjoying the college life outside the campus. They build your personality, prepare you for the group discussions and interviews. Residential camps, seminars, workshops are organized at the campus. A...

The infrastructure is good, having well maintained labs in each department. Every department and course is separated to give better information. Faculty is very good and they not only just teach the students to score but also to make them gain valuable information about everything. As far as the placements are concerned, it is lagging behind as there are no big companies called for placements.

Infrastructure is good, but college is strict if you want to study then only take admission. Crowd is not so good and students got hardly placed from college cell. If you don’t get admission anywhere pick this call as faculty members are good for electronics and computer science department.

Echelon is great with a good faculty and a nice campus. I studied CSE. Whole journey of 4 years was full of learning and it was not at all possible without the great teachers we had in our department. I must say, if you are getting your desired stream there, do visit it once and give it a try.

When you will see the college you will love it because it has very beautiful architecture its building is designed very well. Faculty is good, college fees is also fair. But the crowd and campus life isn’t so great in echelon. Also the placement is very poor although having every facility in this college.
