Good place to learn the Culinary Arts and the Art of Hospitality. Every Lecturer acts like your friend. Separate mentors to guide you through all the hurdles. Less equipped kitchens with old utensils. Also a great place that teaches about the ambience. Make friends from different parts of the country. Start earning while you study.
