Absolutely a career building opportunity. Faculty is good and 100% placement is offered.
Placements: As the college is government-affiliated, there is a bond of 5 years in which they include 4 years of studies and 1 year of paid internship, and after that, there is 1 year of JRship with a 1.2 lacs monthly salary. After that, do what you want. MS, BDS professional, etc. roles can be achieved.
Infrastructure: The course is very good and has lots of scope in the future, like orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics and many more. But the infrastructure of the hostel is too bad, and it can't be said that this is the place for living. No cleanliness, no hygiene in mess food, and no operation from the warden side.
Faculty: Helpful and well-qualified faculty from the prestigious colleges of the country like MAMC, MAIDS, KGMC, VMC, VMMC, and many more. There is no toxic behaviour by faculty towards students. Exams are held every three months, which is known as terminal exams, but they are not counted as marks in the final exam.
Other: If you come to this college for admission, make sure you confirm everything prior to admission.

BDS - Bachelor of Dental Surgery - Batch of 2024

Our college provides good patient exposure and good faculty members.
Placements: Most of my seniors have got good NEET PG ranks and are working in reputable hospitals. Other than that, students who do not want to pursue MS can get a good JRship or interview for the jobs at ESIC itself. Some students also go for the army after UG or PG.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is in bad condition, or else the infrastructure is good. Labs and classrooms are average, but there are some problems as microscopes do not work. Air-conditioners work only in some labs and rooms. The library is good and had enough space. It has all the books necessary for students.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly knowledgeable and qualified. They are good at their work and help students in pre-clinical and clinics as well. But if a teacher leaves in between a year, it is a long process to get another teacher, and we suffer in that subject.

It's a good college if you want to pursue dentistry.
Placements: Most of the seniors I met are serving bonds. This year, a few of our seniors cracked NEET MDs with AIR under 10. Some of them go for further studies like an MBA; others go for the army and other exams . This is a 4-year course where you will be spending a good amount of money on tuition and all other things other than the fees. After that, you get a year of internship inside the college only, which is paid . Then about 14 months of bond service, which is done by the college itself, is also paid at the post of junior resident and is paid well.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is poor. But the quality of teachers makes up for it. Teachers are literally handpicked and they will just teach you whether you want to or not and make you a good doctor. Mess food is okay. The college is really very small. You won't even feel like you're in college; it feels a bit school-like. But as you become part of the family, this small college will become your home.
Faculty: They really teach very well. Some of the faculty is strict but in a good manner, they will make you a good doctor whether you want it or not. Exams are held periodically in which you will pass but most students fail. There is an attendance policy, which is daunting; about 75 percent of attendance should be there; otherwise, you will not be able to give exams . The curriculum is nice. Most of what they teach and the books are mostly of MBBS origin. Apart from basic physiology and biochemistry, in your first year, you will be reading dental anatomy, dental histology, dental material and prosthodontics.
Other: Campus is not there, truly speaking. But the quality of education they give, even with the low resources, is absolutely great.

Very bad infrastructure and lack of facilities. No cultural events.
Placements: Placement is pretty good. Package depends on the ability of student. If one is good with the practical work he/she can get a good handsome amount. Top recruiting companies involve clove dental and many more. You can also get a job in indian army as a dentist. If you join as undergraduate, you become a captian in army, if you join as post graduate you become major in army. After fourth year there is an internship of 1 year in which you got a stipend of 23,500 INR. If you are in government college.
Infrastructure: All the labs are well-equipped with instruments and other essentials Infrastructure if hostel is less than average. The roofs are leaking. Sweepers do not do their jobs unless we force them. We have to struggle a lot in order to live in such a pathetic condition. The quality of water is also not good.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and teaching quality is also good. But they are non cooperative and do not listen to pleads of students. Students have to suffer a lot as there are lack of facilities in this college in many terms. The course is good and is 100% relevant if you are passionate.
Other: Cultural activities are very less and no fest since last 10 years. Infrastructure needs to be improved and college should have more cultural activities.

You can get an average experience, and your personality will get well-shaped.
Placements: There is nothing like placements in the college. After graduation, u have to do internships, in which they offer Rs. 23,000 per month. Then you will need to crack NEET PG exam o JR exam to get a job, but that is not permanent for 6 months.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not good. There is a common canteen for patients and college students. Air-conditioners won't be working. Campus Wi-Fi will be a dream. In the hostel, you will get your room and they say it's in sharing for boys. But for girls, there are different scenarios.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well qualified. They are knowledgeable. They usually read slides that will bore you. You need to study on your own. The course curriculum is relevant and it will make you practice-ready as the clinic has ample patients. So you will develop good skills.

A place where you can learn, but do not good expect infrastructure and good college life.
Placements: Medical courses generally do not require placements and so with BDS. However, ESIC provides placements in all its hospitals across India to all the passed out students through the college with a five-year bond term. A one-year paid internship is provided after the course, and it is mandatory for all students. One can get a degree only after internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not that good. There are small 4 lecture theatres. There is no auditorium or student canteen. The area of the college is very small. There is no apparent sports playground. The clinical halls and dental chairs are also not that sufficient, you have to struggle hard in every aspect.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are quite helpful and qualified. The only aspect that makes this college a good place is the presence of some really good teachers and mentors. I won't say all of them are good. However, if one wants to learn, they can learn all the possible dental procedures.
Other: The only positive aspect of the college is a huge number of patients it has. Many well-built colleges lack only one thing that is patients. Everything can be compromised in BDS, but you need patient crowd which is present here. Fest is organised annually. Scholarships are provided for students as per the scheme of Delhi government.
