Excellent life with an Excellent engineering college.
Placements: I am new admission here but I have contact with my seniors, only 2nd year students are eligible for placement. Placement is average like mass hiring companies Infosys, TCS, and Wipro hire most students below 4 LPA. The lowest package is 1.5 LPA. Seniors advised me not to depend on college and to try off-campus. 60 to 70% is the college placement rate for the senior batch.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure and the cultural activities done in the college are very low compared to other colleges, Onam and NSS are the only activities. There are many playgrounds in college management that have sports. Wi-Fi is available on campus, we have a big library and many books are available. The only worst thing about college is the hostel, cleaning and washing duties are not done, our washrooms are not cleaned for 4 weeks. The Warden of the hostel is bad. Some Kerala students form groups to fight and the warden supports them.
Faculty: The faculty is enough for teaching, but they are not serious about time. Teacher-student bond is good. Teaching is not excellent but good compared to other colleges. College is under Anna University and autonomous, so exams are a little bit easier to pass but getting above 7 CGPA is tough. Exams are taken timely.
