For. CRCE College Review from Alumni of Production Department.

Placements: If you wish to take Admission for Production Branch then The placements are the worst also company coming do gender discrimination that also includes companies with big names although its only 3 % of all others. Other than that the placements for the year 2018 is average. The best package you get is around < 5 CTC unless you apply from outside.

This is a strict college, and come if you are willing to spend four years doing assignments.

Placements: The placements are not that great it was because the market was down, and the companies didn't work well. Anyway, I do get placed due to the tough competition, so don't lose faith. Work hard and find out what the company wants. Maybe you can get a shot as I did. They give you training and all, so you do get the resources for preparation. The college is good for undergraduate courses. The placements for B.E., Computer, and I.T. are good but needs an improvement for post graduate courses. The college faculty is good and helpful. The library facility is easily accessible and the infrastructure is nice. Infrastructure is also good. The management of the college is supportive and helpful in all the matters.

The curriculum is more theoretical rather than being practical.

Placements: In our college, the placement rates are pretty good when it comes to computer Science or IT department but the same cannot be said about other branches especially production branch (the branch it was once famous for). I do not have any particular knowledge about companies or the package offered. Some of the companies I know are Godrej and Boyce, LT, TCS.
