I can't judge the college because of COVID in our 3rd year.

Placements: Around 2% to 4% of students were placed in our college. The highest salary package was around 4 LPA. The top companies that visited our college include Infosys, etc., but with jobs not related to our field. There were no internships given by the college. This defect can be due to COVID. This much information is enough to understand college.

GCET is definitely not good as the campus and services are not good.

Placements: Although many renowned companies, such as Infosys, Torrent Power, Atul, and many have been visiting GCET every year for placements. Many students got placed, but the college cannot provide any placement preparation as other colleges provide. If you are talented and you have good skills, then you will get a job. Otherwise, you need to work hard for placements.

It is not a good college because the infrastructure and campus life are not good.

Placements: About 35-40% of students got placed in our course after covid. The highest package offered is 4 lacs per annum, and the average package is 2 lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Nirma Chemicals, Atul Ltd., etc., for chemical engineering. But computer science and information technology have good placements.

It is a good college with good placements.

Placements: Our college has made good efforts to bring good companies to take part in placement drives on-campus. I am thankful to the placement cell for giving me the best opportunity. The placement cell works hard for the better future of students and I liked it.

Infrasture is poor and outdated course curriculum but provides the best placements.

Placements: Almost 25% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 4.72 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2.753 LPA. Companies like Atul Ltd, Quanta, Zydex, Patel Infrastructure, Chegg India, Nagin Mokani, Ultratech Cement, Geocarte Radar Technology, Eifill construction, Post Tension Service India, etc., visited our campus for placements. Partially satisfied as there is a lack of practical knowledge.

Placements: Many companies visited the campus to recruit the students, but the ratio of non-technical companies was higher than the technical companies. I was very blessed that I got selected for a technical company named Atul Ltd. Almost 10 students of our batch were placed in technical companies like L&T, Atul Ltd etc. Almost 40 students were placed in non-technical companies like Infosys, Market Magnify etc.

Satisfied with my college experience. Placements were good in 2018.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. Many multinational companies visit this college and recruit many students. More than 150 students got placed from this college. The placement procedure is very simple. The placement process for all branches starts at the same time.

Overall, GCET College is average.

Placements: The placements in our college are quite good, but after appointing the new TPO, placement rates went down. I got placed in 3 companies with an average package of 2 to 3 LPA. 300+ placements were provided. The placements are provided in the companies like TBEA, Torrent Power, Infosys, Alpha 9, Streamline Control, TCA, etc.

A review on G H Patel College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: The college has the highest placements when compared to other colleges. Many MNC companies come for the placement and select the students. Even the core company come for the MASS requirement. Every year, around 340 students get placed in different companies with good package.

A college with excellent faculty members and labs.

Placements: The placements are average in this college. The average annual package is 2.75 LPA. Many famous companies come to the campus for placements. Some of them are L&T, Infosys, Mahindra, etc. Getting a placement here is tough as only 60 to 70 percent alumni are placed here.

Dissatisfied with the faculty. In previous year, placement was good, but not in the year 2017-18.

Placements: The placements are good this year, but only in the particular fields like computers, electronics and communication, and information technology, but it is not well as compared to the previous years. Many companies have visited this year, but we couldn't get the results as expected from the companies.

This college has nice faculty and surrounding.

Placements: The placements were good. For the senior's batch, 23% of the students of total 150 students were placed. The highest salary offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA. The average salary offered was 3 LPA. The companies like Infosys, Tata, LTE etc. Have hired the students. Approximately. 60% of the students got the internship from various local companies and startups. Many of the internships were free, and many got a stipend of 1.5 LPA. There is a placement cell, and it is efficient.

Absolutely dissatisfied, not good campus, old canteen, nothing new.

Placements: Placement in our college is better in computer and it branch, approximately 90% placement. Companies visited in our college are Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS and many more big companies. The highest salary offered was approximately 6.5 Lacs on campus and the lowest was 1.4 Lacs per annum. Internship from our college is not there but other colleges such as IIT Bombay are providing good internship and are useful for us.

Our college is the average type, and not so good as they are said.

Placements: The placement in the civil branch is not good. Senior batch placement is also not good. The companies offer employee type role. 40% of the students got the internship from the college. There is a placement cell in my college. It is very much helpful. 30% of the students got placement from the college.

I would give 3 star out of 5 to my college.

Placements: The placement is not bad for every year but not also excellent. 80% of the students were placed. 16 lacs is the highest, 4 lacs is the average, and 1 lac is the lowest salary offered. L&T, Infosys, Godrej, etc., companies visited the campus. Product manager, employee, etc., roles were offered to the students. 90% of the students got the internship from college. There is a placement cell in my college. It is very useful.

Education wise, a prominent college in the education hub of Gujarat.

Placements: There are placements in the technical as well as non-technical industries. If you are falling in the required criteria, you can even get selected in companies like Infosys and Tech Mahindra. The college would provide at least one placement call for you, even if you are in no criteria condition.

The placements are good, but nothing else is worthy.

Placements: The placements of the campus are good. Around, 70% of the students from our senior batch got placed in the different companies. The packages are not good enough, and it was around to 1.5-2.1 lakhs per year. Every year, the companies like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra and much more visiting the campus to hire the students.

Some of the faculty members are just awesome and college also gives good placements relatively.

Placements: It has a very good placement platform. They bring various companies like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc. But on an average, they are giving packages of 3 to 3.5 lakhs. Lastly, 49 out of 60 were placed. The lowest salary offered is 1.5 lakhs while internships are preferred by students themselves. But, the college doesn't support by giving attendance to the students going to the internship.
