Gateway Education CutOffsWhat’s new?
Gateway Education cutoff 2024 is out for admission to the BTech, Integrated BTech, and BArch courses. The JoSAA Round 5 Seat Allotment is out in the form of opening and closing ranks for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and PWD categories. This year, JoSAA 2024 counselling will consist of five rounds only. Further, CSAB will release two additional counselling rounds for admissions to UG degree programmes in engineering, technology, and architecture. Candidates can scroll down to this page to check out the Gateway Education JEE Main cutoff 2024 along with the previous year’ cutoff trends.
- The JEE Main 2025 Session 1 exam for BE/BTech courses is scheduled to be conducted between Jan 22 and Jan 29, 2025. For BArch and BPlan courses, the exam is to be held on Jan 30, 2025.

NTA has released the JEE Main Result 2024 for Session 2. Candidates can download their scorecard from the NTA website jeemain.nta.ac.in.
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will start the registration for JEE Main Counselling 2024 on June 10. A total of 6 rounds of JEE Main 2024 counselling will be conducted.

Gateway college is better than all the colleges in Sonipat.
Placements: The placement ratio of students is not so good. The highest package of my college is 19 LPA. For my course BCA, the top recruiting companies are TCS and Infosys. These companies hire software engineers, salesmen, hardware engineers, and other course-related jobs.
Infrastructure: All the basic facilities are provided to the students, such as a library, Wi-Fi, labs, etc. The infrastructure is above average. The classrooms are good. The quality of the facilities is good. The food in the mess is fresh and healthy. All types of sports and games are in the college.
Faculty: The teachers are well-educated and well-qualified. Their teaching level is very good and understandable. The exams are conducted semester-wise. Each semester contains 2 minor exams and a final exam. On average, each semester contains 5 main subjects.
Other: I wanted to go into the computer field, and that’s why I chose BCA. The course is good. College life is going well. My college organizes very good fests and events. The surroundings are really good.

Life at Gateway Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Campus placements are so good and have connections with more than 300 companies, which take a lot of students every year from campus drives based on the interview and the skills they have developed during their theories and studies. The packages are 1 lac to 20 lac for the students who do excellent in the interview.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is excellent, as we have air-conditioned classes during the summers and we also have warm water facilities and heating facilities during winter. Students in the hostel get food like the food they get at home.
Faculty: College faculty provide each and every resource in the college to the students so that the students should not roam here and there for the resources during their exams. The teachers themselves provide lectures and notes on the campus itself so that students can’t find problems in making the notes.

Decent placements with notable recruiters but mixed opinion on faculty quality and infrastructure.
Placements: In the most recent placement drive, approximately 70% of eligible students were placed. The highest package: 9 LPA for B.Tech students and 8.5 LPA for others. The lowest package: Around 3.5 LPA. Average package: Ranges between 4.5 and 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies: Notable recruiters include TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Decathlon. Internships: Many students secured internships with companies like Tech Mahindra and Genpact. Top roles offered: Students are commonly hired for roles such as software engineer, data analyst, and network administrator.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was neither too good nor too bad; it was average. The college provides Wi-Fi. Every classroom has AC, and the library is also good. The teaching style of faculty members is good, but Gateway gives very few holidays. Still, I would say it is one of the best colleges in Sonipat.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful; most had completed their Ph.D.s, and some were pursuing them. I don't think that students are industry-ready unless they make their own efforts. Semester exams are not tough. The passing criterion is 30 out of 75.

Value for money college.
Placements: This college provides placements. Students get hired by many multinational companies. Companies visit there and look for students according to their demand. Students should have good grades and some skills to get employed and get a good package.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very lovely, like total worth for money, pocket-friendly, and comes under the budget of middle-class families. No one feels much burden about the fee structure and can afford this college without any problem. My course fee is just 65,000, and everything is included in it with no hidden charges.
Faculty: There are two mid-semester tests and one end-term examination in every semester. The exams are not that difficult. You just have to listen to the lectures and study a little bit on your own. The passing percentage is 33%, but you can score better if you study.

Satisfied by the colleges infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Minimum 20% of students got their placements.
The highest package is about 19 lacs & whereas the minimum is around 3 lacs. In B.Tech course, around 10-15% of students find good internships according to their preference. Companies like Airtel, TCS, Lava, Paytm, etc., visited our campus for recruitment.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available throughout the time period of college duration. Labs are in very good condition. In this, our college provides 4-5 labs and all are fully AC. Each and every classroom is in good condition and has digital boards with ventilation and centralized AC. Our library got good infrastructure and provides various books and magazines available to every student, and proper decorum is maintained by the faculty members of the library.
Faculty: The faculty members of our college are very good in nature, always helping a student in any kind of difficulty and they are very understanding, provide proper study materials and knowledge.
In this course, our college takes students to industrial visits for getting experience and knowledge of how an industry works, which can be helpful for our future.
The difficulties of semester exams are quite moderate, and the pass percentage of the college is 85-90%.

Research carefully before you take admission to any college.
Placements: Most of the students are not getting any opportunities for placement from the college side; instead, they are doing all this on their own. In my course, there are not very many firms, but it is a meaningful course. The highest package will be 10-15 lakhs per annum, and the lowest is 2 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: Yes, the infrastructure and facilities are available in both academics and the hostel. There is a library, tuck shop, Wi-Fi, and canteen. In the girls' hostel, they provide washing machines, a kettle, and a microwave too. The quality of the food is not very good, but it's not very bad; it's in between.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified with master's degrees, but they have very little practical knowledge in their field, only theoretical knowledge. They are not making students industry-ready that much. Semester exams are of medium difficulty, so that every student can pass easily.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to be a renowned architect. The best thing is that you are designing someone’s dream house, and there are different scopes too. There is less theory and more practical knowledge because, in the end, we have to design practically.
