I'm satisfied with this college.
Placements: All the students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA, the lowest salary package is 12 LPA, and the average salary package is 25 LPA to 30 LPA. Around 100% of students get internships in the 5th year at GCS Hospital. Top roles offered are doctor and MO.
Infrastructure: Our college has very good classrooms, a big library with 2 reading rooms, computer labs, and Wi-Fi. Mess and canteen are good. Less sports and cultural activities are held but academics are good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and eager to teach students. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry ready. Semester exams are a bit tough. The pass percentage is 60%, but students ace university exams.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion for medicine.

Good infrastructure and facilities, good faculty, patient flow and exposure is excellent.
Placements: The course includes 1 year internship. It can be done in GCS Medical Hospital itself. The patient flow in the OPDs is quite good as the treatment is free of cost. This ensures good patient exposure to the students. There are also several specialty departments.
Infrastructure: All classrooms and library have Wi-Fi and the infrastructure of the college building is great. The hostel is also very good compared to other GU colleges. The campus has a volleyball and a football ground and a garden too. Overall the food of the mess is okay but there are tiffin options available very easily.
Faculty: The faculty staff is great and quite helpful and qualified MD in their fields. They also include seminars and small group discussions, and student direct learning as part of our curriculum. Early clinical exposure is also given from the first year itself. Pass percentage of GCS in the university exam is quite good. It usually comes 2nd or 3rd among all GU colleges.
Other: MBBS is the noble profession which I have been interested in since I was a child. I took this course because I was enthusiastic about studying the Biology of the human body and treating the human body. Things I wish were different are the amount of workload there is on an MBBS student as an intern and also the senior-junior relationship which is quite different than any other course.

The college has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: In the MBBS course, there are no placements directly from college like in engineering. After MBBS, most of us do post-graduation. To get a job immediately after the MBBS, one can get based on the competitive exam and interview. After MBBS, one can get a job as a medical officer (MO).
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent. There are 4 giant lecture halls, and each of them can accommodate 150 students. There are separate lecture halls for students of each year. Gallery classrooms are available. Air-conditioners are available in all lecture halls. The bad part is that there are jammers in lecture halls, so the mobile network isn't available. Each department has its own labs. Each lab has sufficient ventilation. All instruments regarding each department are available in labs. Wi-Fi is available only in the library, with only limited data of about 132 Mb per day. The library has quite enough space. AC is available in the library, so it is like heaven, particularly in summer, especially for the hostel students. A peaceful environment is available in the library without any disturbance. The sad part of the library is that it has limited books for students to issue, so most of the time, books are not available for students to issue. Hostel facilities are comparatively better in GCS than in the hostels of other medical colleges in Ahmedabad. Each room is spacious enough. One room is allotted for 3 students. Bathrooms and washrooms are available in each room. The hostel rooms are cleaned every day. GCS hostel is the best for safety purposes. In the ladies' hostel, there is no entry for any boys.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are superb, especially in anatomy, pharmacology, microbiology, ENT, medicine, surgery, pedia etc. They all are cooperative and have great teaching skills. The curriculum of MBBS is universal in entire India. There are 1-2 internal exams, 1 preliminary exam before final university exams. So, it is good for students to study regularly. The pass percentage is around 80%.
Other: I chose MBBS because there is a secure future, and doctors are considered respectful personnel in society. MBBS should become more practical-based rather than theoretical. Students should spend more time in clinics, OPD and wards to gain practical knowledge.

Fees are very high not everyone can afford. On can consider if they want admission in Ahmedabad.
Placements: After MBBS we have to do internship in GCS hospital compulsory and we don't get placements from our college, we have to give entrance exam after MBBS for our post graduation. Direct placement from our college does not occur and it is same with all the medical colleges.
Infrastructure: By using Wi-Fi, we were able to get 1gb date per day. Labs and classroom were excellent. Library is very good but has limited number of books so during examtime many people can't get the desired book. Hostel is average. Canteen is good. Mess food for lunch was not that good, dinner and breakfast were okay.
Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified and knowledgeable. We were taught using projector in the classroom. Course curriculum was perfect. Semester exams were slightly difficult and passing marks were 50% in each subject. Practical exams were taken as per university guidelines so it would be helpful in university exams.
Other: Our batch had 150 students. MBBS was my goal from 10th standard onwards. After NEET exam merit was prepared and I was alloted GCS medical college. Many events are held and the biggest event is called "INFINITY". Scholarship of any type is not given by college itself but one can get benefits from government scholarship schemes. We had visits to various places from college for informative purpose.

It is the best college for MBBS, and the campus is good.
Placements: Only MBBS and nursing courses are offered in our college. Our college fee is annually around 7.25 Lacs for MBBS students. Our college stands top in Gujarat University. It gives us a salary of 13,000 per month during the internship after around 4.5 years of the course.
Infrastructure: The college has a huge library for both girls and boys of all years. There is a reading room only for boys, and it is open 24 hours. There is also a canteen.
Faculty: In our college, the teaching quality is good. Teachers are highly qualified. Our college offers MBBS, which is a tough course, and the exams are very hard. The passing percentage is above 50%. The exam system is annual, but the college conducts exams at an interval of 6 months.
Other: MBBS is the best course for future, and the packages are very good in this course.
