It is a good college, with a good environment and teachers.
Placements: Around 70% of students were placed in the year 2022, resulting in a placement rate of 75.87%. The highest salary package offered was 22 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 5.17 LPA. Recruiting companies are IBM, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, TCS, Amazon, Oracle, and Capgemini. Over 20 companies provide internships with a stipend of Rs. 48,000 per month.
Infrastructure: GAT has well-equipped classrooms with projectors, computer labs, and department-specified labs. Campus is Wi-Fi enabled and library contains a wide range of books. There are spacious playgrounds for outdoor games and events. Auditorium and seminar halls are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified with some holding M.Tech and Ph.D. degrees. Course curriculum is followed as per the college guidelines, with some input from VTU. Semester exams at GAT are moderately challenging, where teachers provide question banks and notes.
Other: GAT hosts vibrant cultural and technical events, showcasing talents and networking with peers.

Faculty were friendly but placements was bad. Infrastructure is good.
Placements: Out of 200 students in our branch, only 30 were placed. The highest package was 12 LPA, and the lowest was 3.5 LPA. Top companies were Bosch, IBM, Capegemini, and Cognicent. The average package offered was 4 LPA. No student got an internship because the college did not provide any training for skill development.
Infrastructure: The campus is good, but the canteen can get crowded. The labs were good, with good computers and good teachers. The lab attendees were okay. The college Wi-Fi is very weak. There is a basketball court, a professional cricket ground, and a college gym with basic equipment.
Faculty: The faculty were very friendly, and the exams were easy to pass, probably because it was an autonomous college. However, the course did not prepare students for industry, as no engineering college teaches the skills students need. Also, the pass percentage was only 35%.

Average college to study in
Placements: Only 10% of the people get placed. The highest is 9-10lakhs and lowest is 4 and average package is 5 lakhs. The companies include CRM Mu-sigma SAP, cognizant, UST, R&D labs and many more. Only few got internships not even through the assistance of placement department. Top roles include software testing, software developers, software engineering
Infrastructure: The facilities are okayish. The washroom is very unhygienic and it smells and infrastructure is good compared to other college but a very small auditorium and the wifi is horrible. Library is good, it has almost all the books required. The hostel is horrible. The food served is unhygienic. They removed the only vending machine for snacks we had.
Faculty: The faculty is qualified but knowledgeable. They only study from youtube and come and teach us. They don't even know how to run a basic php server, they just read out from the ppts. The curriculum could have been even more better. They have kept all EC subjects in ISE curriculum which is actually not required. The Internals are very much do-able but the exams are tough, they expect us to do advance for what they teach us.
Other: The reason I chose is the department is very free and less strict compared to other departments. There is a fest called interact, the favourite time of the year which happens after every event semester. The community is good.

Overall, the college is good with good teaching and staff.
Placements: Our batch is AIML. Since it’s a new batch, only one-year students got placements. But placements are going good. The percentage is like 4 to 5 out of 10 students are placed. Also, placement companies are also good. Overall, the placement facility is good.
Infrastructure: The course is very good since AI is the future. AI can be learned thoroughly through this course. Also, machine learning is included, which makes it more helpful. Hostel facilities are good. Food quality is average. Hostel infrastructure is good. It is near the college.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are all good, and teaching is also good. They provide proper notes and materials. They are available for doubts and help in extracurricular activities. Semester exams are easy if you know enough (read). Since teaching is good, exams can be cracked.
Other: College can improve the conductance of events as they are not frequent, like not so many events.

It's a good college, but not for placements.
Placements: The placements in the Global Academy of Technology are not good. No companies come for hiring. They just come but don’t hire anyone, and our college also doesn’t call many companies. Only a few companies come to hire. Anyhow, it’s not a good college for placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Hostel food is okay, not very tasty. The Wi-Fi signal is very low; even when connected, it won’t work. The labs are pretty good and well cleaned. The library has a lot of books; anyhow, the infrastructure of our college is good.
Faculty: The lecturers are very good and highly talented, but they don’t have a friendly relationship with the students. They conduct exams very strictly and won’t allow any indiscipline, like copying or using chits. The semester exams are average; if you study the model papers, you can easily pass.

Review of Global Academy of Technology.
Placements: Currently, in ISE, out of 95 students, only 30 were selected for 3.5 lacs per year. IBM visits here to provide an internship of $0,000 per month, which is for 3 months. Students who have a CGPA of 7.5 and above can join as interns at that company. As this is an autonomous college, corrections are pretty easy and help us score well.
Infrastructure: All the varieties taste same in the hostel, which is not maintained properly Instead, you go to nearby PG with proper food and stay. Infrastructure: it is a good view from afar (huge white building, which is also known as Bengaluru white House). As this looks cool, this college lags for small land (less acres comparatively to other colleges) .
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable but they fail to make students understand, as they use local language to make the students understand, which is odd for the students who come from different states and try to cooperate with this college. Here, we support all types of sports and cultural activities.
Other: If you are thinking of joining with a government quota, it is good, but with a management seat of 3–4 LPA, it is not that worth it, only because this is autonomous .
