I can't say this college is good or bad, but placement is good, and the future is secure.
Placements: All students were placed as it is a medical college and MBBS as a degree allows everyone to earn money. Everyone was allowed for internships. Some crack their NEET PG, and some of them go towards USMLE and PLAB for pursuing their medicine from abroad.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are very good for students. Hostels are very good with all facilities. Only hostel food is not good; rest everything is very good. Seniors are friendly too. Wi-Fi is not available in hostels, but the library is present in three blocks of the college with Wi-Fi and good infrastructure. Classrooms are also fully equipped with Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Faculty is not friendly; people are toxic over here, but once you get admission, it is certain that you will have a brighter future. Everything else is good, like the ENT department, which is too toxic for students. Once you mess up with them, they will make you pay the price.

    Our college provides great internships.
Placements: No placements are provided here because it's a medical college, but you can join a hospital of your choice. You can also prepare for NEET PG for 1 year and then do a speciality course like MD or MS. An internship of one year is compulsory, for which you get a stipend of Rs. 31,000 per month, which is above average.
Infrastructure: All the required books are not easily available. Sometimes, we have to order them from Amazon. Classrooms are air-conditioned. The hostels have two-seater and single-seater rooms. Each room has enough space. Rooms are very clean and have adequate lights and fans. The food served in the mess is of high quality. They serve chicken, fish, and paneer every week. PGs and rental rooms are also available.
Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified. They are the best. We are very lucky to have them as our teachers. They are very friendly and supportive. If you have any doubts, they will help you. There are enough patients in the hospital, so you will get good exposure throughout the year.
Other: An annual festival is conducted. Sports competitions, art competitions, dance competitions, singing competitions, and a variety of other competitions are held. We also have various clubs, such as a sports club, a dance club, and so on.

My MBBS journey at GMC, Chandigarh.
Placements: GMCH is the best medical college in India. At GMCH, all the students get internships for our course. For placements, students have to pass the PG Exam, and on this basis, they get placed in various hospitals. The average package offered for our course was 5–8 LPA.
Infrastructure: GMCH has really good infrastructure for our course. In our course, all the necessary facilities, like labs and hospitals, were available for the students to practice. Students also got other facilities like sports, canteen, hostel, library, Wi-Fi, etc., at this college.
Faculty: Faculty available at GMCH for the MBBS course were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. All the teachers were experienced in the field of teaching and in the medical field. The curriculum at GMCH was relevant and made its students industry-ready. Exams were of tough difficulty at this college.

College life at GMCH, Chandigarh, is great.
Placements: It is one of the best medical colleges in India. Hence, the placements are good. The college does not provide any placements in companies, but after doing MBBS, getting a job is easy. The college provides a 1-year compulsory internship inside the hospital, which is also paid.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is great, and they provide everything you need in this course. All the labs are well-equipped and functional. But the hostels are not that great, as the hostel building is very old and rusty. The hostel lifts are dark and have no provision for lighting.
Faculty: The professors are very knowledgeable and highly qualified. The demonstrators are very helpful. MBBS degree is of 4.5+1 years. We have a 1-year of internship. Exams are held at the end of every year (or professional year). Exams are moderately difficult, and the passing percentage is 50%.
Other: Hostels could be improved on this campus. Otherwise, everything is more than sufficient. We have 2 fests every year. Plexus is a 3-day intra-college event. It is so much fun, as we have great events, cultural performances, and competitions. Euphoria is a one-week inter-college fest. I haven't experienced it yet because of covid, but it is even better than Plexus.

I am satisfied with our college.
Placements: Like in other engineering colleges, there is no placement in medical colleges. You have to apply for interviews at your level but the salary packages of doctors are good. Inters are also getting a good stipend now of around Rs.18,000 per month. The campus is a very beautiful place to have fun with your friends after exams.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. It also has good location. The library is the most peaceful and also the best place on the entire campus to study. You can get every reference book required here. Hostels are also good. You have to share rooms in the beginning years, but as you pass, it upgrades to finally having a single-seater. Seniors are also very supportive.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and supportive, but in the end, we have to study on our own. The curriculum in all colleges of India is the same as given by NMC. Semester exams are tough and lengthy as usual to make you study more. Getting 65% is a big thing in medical colleges which rarely 1 or 2 students get.
Other: It is the best college.

Our college has the best value for money with the best infrastructure and city. Everything is best.
Placements: The placements provided by this college are very good. All the seniors got placed very well. Many of them have gone abroad for USMLE and research. Most of the seniors are pursuing courses here. Since it is a government college, the exposure to a variety of patients is vast.
Infrastructure: The new building of our college is very well-equipped with all the required systems. Labs are very good, and they are well maintained with the latest equipment. Our college is very beautiful, and Chandigarh city is also very nice. Sports facilities are not very good, and there is no gym. The hostel is also not very clean, and the food served in the hostel is average.
Faculty: The teachers of GMCH are very learned and very knowledgeable. They know their course very well, and their teaching method is also good. There are PhD and MS qualified teachers who have years of experience in teaching. The new curriculum of MBBS is practical oriented and helps us learn really well.
Other: I chose this course at GMCH because Chandigarh city is way very beautiful, and the standard of living is also very nice. Our college organises two fests, and one is an inter-college fest, while another one is intra-college. Those fests are Plexus and Euphoria, and they are the best things you will ever see in life.
