I am not satisfied with our college.
Placements: Placements provided by the college are not very good. Only those students who studied very well get placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the Goel Institute of Higher Studies is average. Classrooms are good and vast. Students seated on back benches can't hear the teacher's voice.
Faculty: Some teachers are very good at teaching and are knowledgeable but some are not good at teaching. Teaching skills are not good. The language is sometimes not understandable. If students argue with them about learning, the teacher does not reply well. All the staff members at the Goel Institute of Higher Studies are not student-friendly. Only some teachers are good. Some do not listen to students' problems.
Other: I am from a poor family, and my friend suggested this college. Firstly, I thought that the college was the best, but I didn't like it as time passed.

Amazing faculty and a good learning environment.
Placements: The college provides equal opportunities for all the students to get placed. Companies like HCL, TCL and Byju's visit for campus placements. The college does its best to get the students placed but it also depends on the students and their merit. The students are selected not only on the basis of their academic marks but also on other skills like communication .
Infrastructure: There are two computer labs in the college and two libraries as well. GIHSM has its separate library. The lab is open for all the students. The library is well-equipped with all the books that are required during the course. The classrooms are large enough to accommodate all the students in a class.
Faculty: One of the best things of the college is the efficient faculty. There are faculty members with great intellect and qualifications. They are constantly working on helping the students with their difficulties. They create a learning environment suitable for all students.
Other: B.Com (Hons) is being considered by many of the students. It is one of the best courses to take up after your 12th. Apart from academics, annual fest (naval) is organised by the college .
