Placements: I think none of the students got placed. Our college did not offer placements, and there is no placement committee. TCS had come once, but I think it has taken any students. Internships weren't available from our college. I interned at Missionaries of Charity on my own. No such initiative was taken by the college to get us placed.
Placements: There was only one placement cell in our college. A few companies come, but TCS recruited the majority of students. However, very few opted for placements after bachelors. Mostly everyone was interested in higher studies. I opted for off-campus placements because of the better salary package.
Placements: There are no placements in this college as it is a B.Sc. college. But the students are given internships, which will help in their future work. It is also beneficial for students. So placements shouldn't be expected by bachelor's degree students more than or equivalent to 60000 in my course.
Placements: There are no such options for placements. A certain course is provided for getting placement opportunities for MNCs. The course is helpful enough to provide recruitment, but not always. Internship opportunities are poor. The college does not provide multiple internship opportunities to the students who pursue their respective courses here.
Placements: In our college, we did not get placement offers. We got internships at various places like Missionaries of Charity and Indian Oil. Some of us interned for two months and got a certificate. The college taught us how to face challenges and also helped us to excel in academics.
Placements: Elaborate and extensive arrangements are made for student training programs after completion of a specific academic course, and students get placed in reputed centres such as TCS and Wipro. The placements are available even after 3 years of passing out from the college, and the college assures accessibility to the library even after passing out, which is a great facility.
Placements: Not good. Just not good. Although with CU overall, after B.Sc. course in Economics, we do not know much to be placed in good companies, but GMGC should not misguide by bringing in BPO jobs in places like Cognizant and TCS. We were allowed no sort of internship in good places because we would need to miss class and that was not permissible.
Placements: The placements in CU after graduation is not a common characteristic feature. Our college has no different, but lately, improvements were there. 6 students enrolled from my batch in TCS placement course, and this was offered by TCS and was free of cost. Out of the 6 students, 2 students are dropped out and didn't want to continue it. The rest 4 were offered the job. The average salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month.
Placements: As it is a general course, there is no placement after completing the course. However, TCS comes to the college every year and after 5 days training the recruit for the back office jobs. Anyone can join the course and joining is optional. After the course, everyone is given a certificate for completing the course.
Placements: TCS has their placement panel in the college. Other departments do have placement cells. Most specifically, ASPV department has placements in good companies. Psychology department doesn't have any placement options. In general, certain companies do come for placements at the end of the 3rd year curriculum.
Placements: The placements were not that good. In 2015, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) recruited 9 students. But it got better in 2016 when Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) recruited 15 students from our college. There were a few workshops that were held for training purpose.
Placements: In this 3-year course, we get a lot of advantages to expose ourselves to. We have done an internship in a hospital as dietitians. And we went to the community as community nutritionists. These are very effective ways for us to flourish. We got to learn different types of diet recipes for different diseases.
Placements: They don't provide any sort of placements, only one company came for placement that is TCS. The package was around 10-15 k per month. They don't provide any internship but they arranged a week course programme with a collaboration of Calcutta stock exchange.
